Nick and the staff at sears exceeded my expectations on the whole car buying experience. Having only bought one other car at a dealer before, buying one here really showcased what a luxury experience it ca the whole car buying experience. Nick was extremely friendly and helpful and didn’t mind the 1000 questions I had on my car before I purchased. When I showed up to sign all the paper work and bring it home, he had it all fully and perfectly detailed and even put a bow on the hood. I never I needed a bow on my car until now; it was surprisingly a treat. The finance manager that got me all squared away was straight to the point and never pushy on any add-ons. He simply showed me what options there were and moved on if I didn’t express interest. I will happily buy another car here and hope Nick is still there when I do! Thank you! More
