Discovered Sears had the color I wanted and even Lower miles with a very fair price for the car so decided to check it out instead. Not only was the service provided by Mark and the rest of the team excellent, the sale went smoothly, quickly and was a pleasant process. Did not feel pressured into the purchase whatsoever and Mark was willing to work with what the other dealer had promised me for trade in value to get me in the car I really wanted. I am so excited about my purchase and would recommend Sears and Mark to anyone. Thank you for such a pleasant buying experience! I also found the process at the end where an associate (Angela) shows you the ins and outs of the vehicle and makes sure you feel comfortable with everything before driving it off the lot.
