There is every reason to be nervous when purchasing a new or used vehicle because car dealers are not like Macy's; you cannot return the car once you drive it off the lot if you don't think it is a good fit. It is with great pleasure that I take this opportunity to write a review regarding Soroush Nezhad, as he made the car-buying experience comfortable and fun. Soroush was helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and professional in every way without the hard-sell sales line that one may expect, and that I have experienced from other sales people in other dealerships. If you even think a Mercedes is the right car for you, or if you are only considering a Mercedes, I suggest you give Soroush a call and investigate the options at the dealership. I have found that you get a lot more for your money when comparing a Mercedes to Audi or BMW, and Soroush is the guy you would want to guide you through the car-buying process. More

Marvelous Mercedes Experience! My husband and I decided we wanted to look into purchasing a luxury vehicle. We weren't sure which to go with, an Audi, BMW or Mercedes. After a couple of test drives of the BMW and the Mercedes we decided to go with the Mercedes. Mark was great through out the entire process. He wasn't pushy even though he knew we were looking at a BMW as well. He was knowledgable about the car and having had experience with BMWs, he also could tell us what the differences were between the two cars. Mark was so patient with us and all our questions and test driving several different models several different times. Once we made our final decision, the C300, he did a fabulous job finding the exact car that I wanted. Delivery was quick and effortless on our part. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We will highly recommend Sears and Mark Garrett to anyone looking for a beautiful new or used Mercedes. More
