Great customer service. Al kept me informed on timing of the service. He also had me ride with Adam to listen for the radio issue so he could diagnose the problem. I have been consistently disappointed with this dealership. They have done some work without pre-authorization, and they focus more on finding additional work (not requested) to propose than on ge dealership. Communication is poor. I loved my first Mercedes and the associated dealer so much that I bought another one. After dealing with this dealership, I have traded my Mercedes in for a different vehicle, allowing me to go elsewhere. More

In my last service, Lance and Bill accepted my last minute call due to a transmission leak that concerned me.
