My Master Certified Representative, Endre B, who assisted me in finding the right Mercedes series, type etc., was the ultimate professional. I will admit i was a bit indecisive and his patience, and really wanting to understand my needs, created a no pressure, extremely pleasant buying experience (totally surprised me). He has been in the businesd for over 20 years (i think at this same dealership) and the way he works with his clients is well seasoned and knowledge based. I encourage you to ask for him specifically. My great experience extended beyond sales, in that Neil B, in Management was also a delight to work with. He offered above and beyond elements that he had no obligation to extend... this speaks to his solid character and putting customers first! And last but not least, even the financing experience was easy-breezy as i worked with Jennifer. She also made that final step in the process enjoyable and at ease. Worst customer service and broken parts never purchase or get work done on your vehicle at Sears Imported Autos they treated me with absolute disrespect the whole month it took them to fix m never purchase or get work done on your vehicle at Sears Imported Autos they treated me with absolute disrespect the whole month it took them to fix my Mercedes. They would argue with me, deny my warranty on my vehicle, and lied about what they were/did about situations. In the end I was stuck with a bill when I had a warranty because they neglected to call it in, they also broke my shifter cover and blew a speaker in my car never even told me about it. But when confronted they told me " oh it's common we can't control that". I proceeded to try to come to some terms and the manager told me that this whole scenario is not his problem and he wants nothing to do with it and hung up on me! The most unprofessional company and group I've ever felt with by far. More

When I walked into the dealership Soroush greeted me with a big smile and when I told him I was interested in the GLC his smile got bigger and he said it was a great car. We talked about the features, went for a drive, talked price, talked trade in and I went home with the car of my dreams. The entire process was professional, fun and low pressure and the dealership gave me an extremely fair price for my Honda CRV. Once at Sears, Mark greeted me and asked how he might help me, as I said I was not at my best and judged Mark before he even spoke to me. Once he said that he was actually going to buy the car we were looking at I was SURE this guy is just another stereotype. I could not have been more wrong! Somehow Mark won me over, turned my present moment into a positive experience and reminded me to trust that some people are actually as genuine as they present themselves to be. A class act - and an "A" player. We ended up buying the car, trading in our older Mercedes and gaining a new friend, and it turns out, Mark really was going to purchase the car.
