I have been very pleased with all my interactions with this dealership from Brian's first response to my initial web inquiry, his follow up call to check on me and recently his very prompt response to my e-mail regarding the car I eventually purchased. The delivery experience amazing. It felt more like a new car delivery even though I was buying a used car. Jennifer did a great job handling the paperwork and explaining the warranties and extras without applying the kind of high pressure tactics I've experienced else where. She deserves more kudos for getting me the promotional financing rate which beat the rate I had from my lender. Max did a great job helping me learn about my car and I appreciate that he and Brian invited me back again for a refresher. That's nice because it was all so overwhelming. More
