Great experience Buying cars has always been a terrible experience for us. Buying our GLC was pleasant. Buying a Mercedes was not in our plan, we had looked at Lexus Buying cars has always been a terrible experience for us. Buying our GLC was pleasant. Buying a Mercedes was not in our plan, we had looked at Lexus and had an appointment with Audi. On our way to the appointment we stopped at Sears Import. The first person to greet us was Soroush Nezhad. He was enjoyable to work with. We immediately did a test drive, he went over the car inside and out with us. My husband told him up front what we were hoping to spend. He was confident he could help us and did. Always in the past it has been an all day process. Working with Soroush, we had our trade in accessed, he found two vehicles with everything we wanted and in a choice of two colors. The car was ready, paperwork handled and we were ready to go with our new car in under 4 hours! He was patient and thorough getting the deal put together. Before we left he set up time with the tech department to be sure I understood the features. Matthew handles that and terrific too.
