I inquired via email and Sarah's exceptional service was out of this world! I found the car I was looking for on Sears' website, a 2011 Mercedes C300. I inquired via email and and she got back to me immediately. She was quick to answer any questions I had along the way. She was an amazing coordinator between me and the finance department as well. Sarah let me know that everything was a go and I drove an hour to the dealership. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcome. Sarah greeted me and we went off do do paperwork. Once completed she showed me to the car, which was in immaculate condition, and spent quite a lot of time with me to ensure I knew about all the options the car had to offer. Once I was comfortable she let me know I was good to go. Overall the process took about an hour. Sarah made the whole experience amazing! I would definitely recommend Sarah and Sears!!! More
