A comfortable experience! For the first time in my adult life, I wanted a vehicle that I felt good in---rather than the latest stripped-down model that got me from point a to p For the first time in my adult life, I wanted a vehicle that I felt good in---rather than the latest stripped-down model that got me from point a to point b. I've had my eye on the GLK 350 for years now--always saddened a bit that they were no long made (and not totally loving the model that replaced them). Knowing that this would likely be my last chance to scoop one up with some original factory warranty, I reached out to Sears. The vehicle I had my eye on was gone already--but another comparable one was sent my way by Brian Podgorski. He offered to make a trip in on his day off to meet with me, and walked me through all of my questions (of which there were many). If he didn't know the answer, he found it for me quickly. He was even able to help me navigate through turning in my leased car (which still had a number of months left on the lease). The rest of the staff was helpful and kind, and though I felt a bit ill signing my life away to a car payment (just kidding....kind of), I know I'm in a wonderful vehicle. I look forward to working with the staff at Sears in the future, and would highly recommend Brian! More
