The buying experience with Brian and the years of customer service from the service department has been so positive. The service department truly treats you like royalty! I recently decided I wanted a slightly larger vehicle, so it was no doubt I would go back to Brian to purchase the Mercedes GLE this past week. He made the trade in process so simple, and he answered all of my questions honestly and knew everything there is to know about the car. I had test drove another car (Jaguar F-Pace) from a different dealership, and the salesman could not answer half of my questions. This is why it was a no-brainer to me to stick with Sears and Brian as my salesman. He genuinely cares about his customers and their car buying experience. Not to mention he had me in and out of the dealership in record time since he knew I had other engagements. You will not be disappointed working with the Sears team- the only downside is it will ruin every other car buying experience if you decide you want anything besides a Mercedes! More
