Fantastic experiance While hunting for the perfect BMW I found one that was "on its way" to Sears. Finding just the right 7 series with all the features we were looking f While hunting for the perfect BMW I found one that was "on its way" to Sears. Finding just the right 7 series with all the features we were looking for is not easy. Once I reached out to John I had an ETA and he immediately let me know when it arrived. It arrived the next day mid day-new tires were put on during the day and buy that night we were driving it. He had it on hold so we didn't lose it as an option. We wanted another test drive the next day and he had it ready first thing! After getting back we did a walk around and had a list of " to-do's" for John to take care of on the car if we were going to buy. DONE! John took care of it all, answered all questions and even had it ready in a few days set to go! The bow on top and thank you were a prefect touch! Kelly in Finance made the paperwork process EASY and FAST, love how this went, no hassle's or anything. John has called us back to make sure we love the car and to check in to see if we have any questions. Love the follow up! (service is still alive and well!) Few days ago my 99 ml 430 transmission went out, so it was definitely time for a new one. Called John and within a day got approved for a newer ML. Am guessing I wouldn’t have called him had the services he provided were terrible or mediocre. My buddy had a steal on his car and so did I. I love my new GLE! Thanks John Mulligan & team @ Sears I walked into Sears to eliminate Mercedes GLE 350 from my short list, I was almost sure I wanted the BMW X5 i test drove the weekend before. I met Joh I walked into Sears to eliminate Mercedes GLE 350 from my short list, I was almost sure I wanted the BMW X5 i test drove the weekend before. I met John Mulligan at Sears sales, he was very friendly and professional. Immediately I test drove the GLE, I knew it was the car for me. John gave me all the pertinent information I needed and by the next day I was back to purchase my new car. I joked that i wanted my car wrapped up with a bow and to my surprise, my car was presented with a bow, a personalized message on the board and Logan, a dedicated tech guru was there to walk me through the gadgets.
