Ben was absolutely amazing. My wife and I wanted to see a vehicle on the weekend but we thought it was getting too late in the day to see vehicles. We then gave Sears Imports a call and Ben answered. I asked Ben what time they closed and if we have time to see and test drive the vehicle. He told us he wanted to make sure the vehicle was in the lot before we came down to see it, so he didn't waste our time and yes he said we could see it or test drive it if it was in. The car was in the lot and then we went to see it. Ben was very professional and didn't pressure us in any way to make a purchase we didn't want to make. When we made a deal, the title and payment process was smooth. Sears Imports the sent the car in the show room to present us with our new car. We had a bow-tie on the car which made us feel special and as an appreciated customer. Ben took photos for us with our knew car. He was happy for us and made us feel great about our purchase!
