Poor service experience Had my car towed here as I lost pressure in my clutch. They mis-diagnosed the issue. Rather than reading the service bulletins that would indicate i Had my car towed here as I lost pressure in my clutch. They mis-diagnosed the issue. Rather than reading the service bulletins that would indicate it was a failed slave cylinder, they just flushed my fluid twice for $200 and then sent me on my way. Clearly there was a leak in the system somewhere and they did not have the knowledge to diagnose this unfortunately. The car drove fine for less than a day as leaks don't just go away. The day before Thanksgiving we were stranded and had to have the car towed again. What would have been an $1100 repair had it been fixed the first time (which I would have been fine with) turned into a $2700 repair to replace the whole clutch. I called VW to see if they could make it right. They asked me to get the car towed there so they could look at it, however I already had a different garage working on it so we could actually have a working car back. The most they offered was a refund of the initial $200 flush. I understand they were trying to avoid needing to open the clutch, but it seems that a clutch losing pressure due to dirty fluid is not actually something that happens as it utilizes the same system as the brakes and the brakes had no issue. The service manager said that the same thing happened on another car the week before me and they needed a whole new clutch after as well. So pretty unfortunate they don't have the technical knowledge to service the cars sold by VW. So overall a frustrating and disappointing interaction. I would definitely discourage people from having their car serviced here for anything complex. More

Great dealership! I searched online for a used truck to replace my 200,000 mile car. I found the Toyota Tacoma, equipped exactly the way I wanted, at Seacoast VW. As a I searched online for a used truck to replace my 200,000 mile car. I found the Toyota Tacoma, equipped exactly the way I wanted, at Seacoast VW. As a walk-in you never know what you’re going to get. Michael (everyone is named Michael) treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. No pressure to buy the truck, no heavy handed bull. We reached a deal quickly. I am very pleased with the truck and the experience! More
AWFUL Service Department - DO NOT GO THERE I went there for service and dropped off my car at the dealer overnight. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed 151 miles have been driven on my car I went there for service and dropped off my car at the dealer overnight. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed 151 miles have been driven on my car and my gas tank nearly empty. Talked to the Manager, he at first denied the fact mileages have been driven on my car, but after we checked the receipt that shows the mileage in and out, he finally confessed that his employee drove my car home overnight. Even worse, he was being extremely rude during the whole time and didn't want to do anything about this. I then tried to contact the dealership owner, he ignored me too. DON"T GO THERE! They allow their employees to drive customer's car home and still think it is right to do so. More
