How do I describe the experience we have received both times we have gone to Seacoast Mazda? First and foremost, Robert he is an amazing person. Rob made it possible both times to allow us to get great cars. He knew what we needed and what we could afford and he went from there. We had gone into Seacoast Mazda late sunday 6/9/13 in hopes to get a new family car, being new to this we didnt realize the roller coaster we were about to be on with hurdles to overcome each step of the hopes to get a new family car, being new to this we didnt realize the roller coaster we were about to be on with hurdles to overcome each step of the way. we had kevin as our salesperson and also Rob & Dennis who really are great guys who helped us stay calm over our hurdles, well we first had 1 car all ready to go but one thing after another led to not getting that specific car (which wasnt really the one we wanted to begin with) but after the test drive and all the delays we wanted it more and more,driving from Somersworth to newington almost daily to in hopes to have everything finalized , until we found out there was 1 hurdle that we couldn't do which in turn left us not being able to get that car, BUT the guys at Seacoast Mazda were not about to call us and tell us this bad news instead they made the bad news so much better. Kevin ended up getting us a 2010 Mazda 3 5 speed(which is what we REALLY wanted to begin with.... THANK YOU KEVIN!!!!) We cant lie when we got that call about the mazda it felt to good to be true, so we again called Rob back to make sure it was a good thing and ok to bring the whole family... Having 2 kids and trying to keep them occupied while talking and signing papers isn't always easy, but there they love having the kids Bob even netflix cartoons for my youngest while we waited.. 5 days later we brought our newest addition a 2010 Mazda 3 home( and kevin even made sure it was a 5 speed just for me).. Leaving Seacoast Mazda more happier then when we first walked in.. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND SEACOAST MAZDA.. They are just a bunch of normal guys not trying to make you feel pressured which I really liked.. I have been to a cpl other dealerships (on 108 in somersworth) that make u feel obligated as soon as u walk in, not here, its a laid back enviroment and nothing is written in stone until you the customer is happy and let me just tell you this Angell Family couldn't be more happier with our experience at Seacoast Mazda.. This was one of those purchases that just had to go 100% right from beginning to end since it is a first car for my daughter. Dennis, Robert and Cameron (who demonstrated the size of the car's trunk by clim right from beginning to end since it is a first car for my daughter.
