Extremely friendly and honest, Jacki and Seacoast Mazda have been taking extremely good care of me since I engaged in the process of finding a new car. I started the process with her months before returning to Seacoast Mazda to eventually finalize a deal. I returned and sought out Jacki at Seacoast Mazda because of the way I felt taken care of during my first visit there. Throughout the process, and my indecisiveness, I felt Jacki and Seacoast Mazda were very patient and accommodating towards me, a first-time new car buyer, and gave me the assurance I was shopping for a car at the right spot. I feel grateful to have gone through Jacki at Seacoast Mazda and look forward to conducting more business there in the future. More
I shopped for two and a half weeks for a replacement for my 2007 Nissan Sentra. It was a great car. i wanted a Mazda 3 and test drove one with Dan on my first visit to Seacoast Mazda. from there, i visit my 2007 Nissan Sentra. It was a great car. i wanted a Mazda 3 and test drove one with Dan on my first visit to Seacoast Mazda. from there, i visited 7 other dealers and test drove at least 10 cars. I was comfortable with Dan so i called and asked if the Mazda was still available. I test drove it another time and Dan helped me through the entire process. he was very knowledgeable and i appreciated his honest answers to my questions. i have recommended the dealership to two people based on my experience buying my Mazda3 from Dan. I have used Seacoast Mazda for service for years. The service team has always been excellent - prompt, honest, and friendly. I recently purchased a new 2014 Mazda 6, and found the same qualities with Se service team has always been excellent - prompt, honest, and friendly. I recently purchased a new 2014 Mazda 6, and found the same qualities with Seacoast's sales personnel. Quentin Magnell, my sales consultant, was highly knowledgable, very friendly, and not even slightly pushy. My compliments as well to Business Manager Robert Bazylewicz, who worked extremely hard to get the deal finished promptly - he was also a real pleasure to work with. Over the years, I have walked out of more than one auto dealship after being accosted by ignorant and obnoxious employees, and I don't generally have complimentary things to say about the car buying experience. Seacoast Mazda stands out for its exceptional level of professionalism, and I truly enjoyed purchasing my vehicle there. Highly recommended! More
Great experience overall! No pressure friendly staff. Jaclyn answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. She even came in on her day off to be the one to hand me my keys. Very Welcoming dealership from the minute we came in. Cameron did a great job with all questions and was very patient as we looked at multiple vehicles. We sat for awhile waiting for paper work, and Cam Cameron did a great job with all questions and was very patient as we looked at multiple vehicles. We sat for awhile waiting for paper work, and Cameron was very friendly and helpful while we waited. Bob was great too. He worked with our finance company and even did some extra work so we could avoid a down payment. It was refreshing to have a guy do financing that you felt like you could trust and who wasn't trying to nickel and dime everything. He used his personal experience to relate to our situation and recommended things based on our situation. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Seacoast Mazda to my friends and family. More
My experience here was amazing. They did everything they could to help me. They didn't give up even though it took some time! They all shook my hand and said congrats. I would tell anyone and everyone to go could to help me. They didn't give up even though it took some time! They all shook my hand and said congrats. I would tell anyone and everyone to go here! When I need another car, I will go there as well! I love it there, so welcoming and a friendly place. This was better than any other dealer I've found and went to. More
I've been taking my Mazda to Seacoast Mazda for for service for years and they have been great. The sales department on the other hand is terrible. I've been in four times to try buy cars from them and service for years and they have been great. The sales department on the other hand is terrible. I've been in four times to try buy cars from them and all four times we have received a better deal at another Mazda dealer. As I read the reviews for this dealer it really makes me question the credibility of this website. Seacoast Mazda has not once budged more than a couple hundred dollars off sticker on new and used. They consistently offer thousands less for trade-ins than other Mazda dealers. I get that you can't always get the deal your looking for. What I don't get is how is how they treat their potential customers. Cameron is foul mouthed and discourteous. He made rude comments about my wife's profession (special education) and used foul language freely. He treated us like novice car buyers even after being told we've bought and sold over 25 cars between the two of us. The fourth and final time we came into the dealer we had the displeasure of meeting Bob Blaisdell the "Yes guy". After looking at a certified used car and asking some questions, Bob was brought out to address some issues. He clearly stated that he agreed with the issues and was willing to work on the price. We go back in, make an offer, and are subsequently offered $2500.00 less for our trade than was offered three weeks previously and told that they would not move on the price of the certified used vehicle. The "Certified Used" car had obviously had accidents before. This is something that Mazda does not allow certified used cars to have on their record. Google search Seacoast Mazda lawsuit and you'll see this isn't the first time they've done this. They buy used cars at auction with unknown histories and pawn them off as certified used. How does this align with their current ad campaign or dealerrater rating? I say hogwash! Needless to say I will be taking my current Mazda and the new one I will buy from another dealer elsewhere for service. They have lost a loyal service customer. More
The entire process, from the initial phone calls to the in-person visit, has been great customer service. When I was first contacted by phone, Quentin was helpful in answering questions and getting me sta in-person visit, has been great customer service. When I was first contacted by phone, Quentin was helpful in answering questions and getting me started on the process. When I came in to look at and test drive vehicles, Bob, Jaclyn, and Quentin were all friendly, and not "salesy" at all. They were attentive, helpful, and have helped me make the best decision. I appreciate honesty and integrity in a business dealing, and I certainly got it today. I'll be telling all my friends about my great experience at Seacoast Mazda. More
I went into Seacoast Mazda because i had heard their ads on the radio saying that they are the "yes men". it was totally true. even with my less than perfect credit, they got me into a very nice 2010 dodge, on the radio saying that they are the "yes men". it was totally true. even with my less than perfect credit, they got me into a very nice 2010 dodge, they also gave me a very good price on my trade in. my salesman Quentin was awesome, very helpful, and really personable. he didn't try to jerk me around, and was very honest the whole time. i would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to check out Seacoast Mazda. If you don't have great credit don't even bother. They won't even call you back. They will treat you like your bothering them. They are just completely unprofessional and you shouldn't waste you time They won't even call you back. They will treat you like your bothering them.
