Great experience overall! No pressure friendly staff. Jaclyn answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. She even came in on her day off to be the one to hand me my keys. More

It sounds to me that I definitely need to speak to Cameron. If Cameron treated you and your wife discourteously I apologize for this and as mentioned I will address it. As to the other concerns, where you mentioned our lack of negotiation, an offer for a vehicle has to make sense to both parties involved. As a dealer I understand the industry as a whole has created the atmosphere we operate in and most customers expect the dealer to drop the price when negotiations start. We do not operate that way, I aggressively price my vehicles as compared to other vehicle in the market. With that said those prices are not always what one customer may want to pay but another will see the value. I believe this is the case in your situation, you mentioned that you were in 4 times and each time we were not able to meet YOUR price, so you went elsewhere to purchase and rightly so. The part about certifying accident cars we are not able to do, to a certain point. Mazda will not let the dealer certify a car that has major damage. Because damage like miles is up to buyer interpretation I will not try to explain all the different guidelines Mazda uses, but the one thing we all rely on is a Car Fax or Auto Check for reported damage. We are only as good as the information reported. I do apologize if you feel that you can no longer come to us for service. If my service dept has treated you as you believe you should be, that dept should not suffer for how you believe you treated by sales. In summary if you believe you were treated poorly I do apologize and would welcome your input. Bob Blaisdell The Yes Guy

Sorry you feel that way. My name is Bob Blaisdell and I am the GSM. I do not want any of our customers to feel this way. We work very hard to get folks with all types of credit issues approved, sometime we can sometimes we can't, and sometimes we can get the approval but the customer did not like the terms. As in any purchase that is your right as a customer to say "NO". But in this situation it sounds like we might have dropped the ball and for this I apologize. Please contact me and I will work hard to resolve the issue.
