I went to Seacoast Mazda to purchase a car, knowing that my credit would hold me back. Like many, I am trying to improve my credit score after struggling with a mortgage that I could no longer afford withou my credit would hold me back. Hi my name is Jim- recently I purchased a new Mazda cx--5. I just want to say, with all honesty, the staff was beyond exceptional!! This sounds like self promotion, but not true. I was first gree cx--5. I just want to say, with all honesty, the staff was beyond exceptional!! This sounds like self promotion, but not true. I was first greeted by Dan, a very nice guy! He explained the cars features--and any questions / concerns. He suggested I take the car home to see if I like it. I've been to a few dealers, and have never been offered that kind of service before! I declined-- said I am still thinking about buying a new car with all those monthly payments. A few days passed, my wife and I were still thinking, with the low interest rate--now would be the time to buy. We went back, looking to meet up with Dan, and it was his day off. So then, we met Jaclyn-- a very nice young lady! She was so helpful! She also suggested we take the car home tonight. I accepted, still not sure about buying this car. It was already passed closing, and instead of giving me the same car outside on the lot, they took the trouble of moving the car out of the Show Room!! .They told us-" if you like this one--then this will be the one you drive home tonight" ! The next morning I drove back---really liking this car!! This is not a review about the car, I am already an owner of a Mazda, and I am confident in the manufacturer. This is about three people who made you feel like a guest rather than a customer. Excellent Job--- JACLYN / DAN / ROB !!! Thank You for your true and sincere professionalism!! My wife and I went to Seacoast Mazda to buy a car. We sat down with Kevin and he explained everything needed to get the car and price we were looking for. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgable as he showe down with Kevin and he explained everything needed to get the car and price we were looking for. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgable as he showed us the cars that fit in our price range. My wife was very pleased that they had a car with heated leather seats and Kevin went to work to get us in the car. We were introduced to Rob (a.k.a. Thor) and he reviewed everything and got approved for the 2013 Mazda 3 and got us a rebate which made the deal even better. Both Kevin and Rob were very fun to work with and introduced us to service staff. We enjoyed our shopping experience with the staff at Seacoast Mazda. Thank you Kevin and Rob More

I cannot express my satisfaction with the crew at Seacoast Mazda properly! I live in Maine. I visited local dealers and was unsatisfied but wanted to buy a Mazda. I found Seacoast on the internet Seacoast Mazda properly! I live in Maine. I visited local dealers and was unsatisfied but wanted to buy a Mazda. I found Seacoast on the internet and gave them a call. I asked for someone in sales and was connected to Cameron Mercier. I explained my situation of less than perfect credit, 2 jobs with proof of income and my desire to drive a new car. I imagined he would hang up when he heard my credit score, call me dear or try to push me toward used. He did just the opposite. He spoke to me like I was an intelligent adult and suggested I fill out the credit application. I did so. I heard back from Cameron and he told me if I could bring proof of all things sited in my application I could litkely leave Seacoast Mazda in a new car. He and I found a day that would work with my schedule and made a plan for me to go into the dealership. I explained that I would drive my old car 2 hours and take a bus down to NH at 5 am and should arrive just before 10 am. Cameron picked me up in a city I am not familiar with (after he directed me to a perfect cup of coffee) and took me to the dealership. I drove the car that Rob Bazylewicz was able to make work with my financial situation and request for model, color etc. It was amazing. By midafternoon I was driving back to Maine in my new Mazda3. These guys did not try and sell me things I did not need and could not afford. They did not treat me like a criminal for having less than stellar credit score and they explained things to me in plain English. They assisted me with securing insurance coverage and found me a good bank to do business with. Perfect experience!!! A+++++ rating. I am driving a new car that fit with my needs and circumstances, am building up my credit score and I have a great experience to share with friends and neighbors here in Maine. I look forward to being a lifelong Mazda driver and doing business with this great group of gentleman again in the future. Highly recommend Seacoast Mazda!!! It is impossible to explain the difference between my Seacoast experience and that in dealerships in Bangor Maine. More
The dealership was clean and welcoming. Cameron is an extremely polite young man. He did everything he could to accommodate me. And we bought the same day. I went to buy my first new car. When I walked into the dealership it was 615 and I was told it was dark so a test drive wouldn't be a good idea. The dealership closed at 7, I think he wanted to get out for the night. I went back the next day for a test drive and fell in love with the car. I said I was going to go home and think about it. I fished around for prices by calling other dealerships. I had received a great price from a dealer in Mass. I went to Seacoast with the price and they scoffed and said the other dealer was lying and there would be fees. I left very upset. Seacoast is 7 minutes from my house, I wanted to do business with them. When I called the Mass dealership back they didn't add extra fees and gave me a walk out price just over $1,000 cheaper! I gave seacoast another shot and once again was scoffed at. I then went and bought my new Mazda at a Mass dealership and couldn't have been happier! More

The price was nearly the bottom price, but based on three years of ratings and proximity to my home, I want to do business with Seacoast Mazda over other Mazda dealers. After the sale, I was introduced to the service, and parts departments. Though the deal was already closed, Quentin took time showing me the controls and processes like synching my phone to the bluetooth. Great team that valued my time - thanks back at you Seacoast Mazda and Mr. Quentin Magnell. mike More
