Jacklyn was very friendly. She knew her product and answered most of our questions before we could think of them. She came in on her day off to take us on a second test drive. My Mazda lease was almost up on my CX-7 when Mazda announced they would not make them any more! When I saw the new car line up, I was so disappointed that the CX-5 appeared to be MUCH smaller. Even announced they would not make them any more! When I saw the new car line up, I was so disappointed that the CX-5 appeared to be MUCH smaller. Even though I have been happy with my 3 previous Mazda's, I started shopping elsewhere. I happened to mention this during a service visit and John took the time to prepare a side by side comparison of the CX-7 and CX-5 to illustrate that it was in fact larger in the areas I wanted/needed more space. I have been extremely happy with the Service Department (Bruce and John) however, my previous experience with the Sales Department was NOT! I did my research on pricing, trending, and read enough to know I would buy a CX-5, and had no worry about shopping elsewhere. My salesperson, Quentin, was thorough, patient, and communicative, without being pushy. Robert, the Sales Manager was unlike any other we have ever met during a sales process - clearly customer service and satisfaction are his highest priority! And Bob processed our paperwork efficiently without too much pushing for extras. This has by far been my easiest car purchase. Oh yeah! I love the car too! Better mileage, really nice upgrades and handles great in the snow! It might not be the showiest of show rooms, but I would definitely buy from Seacoast Mazda again. More
