I had scheduled a visit to test drive a car and was surprised to see the dealer ship I was going to was right next to a Mazda dealership. I was looking to replace my current Mazda3 and had only made h surprised to see the dealer ship I was going to was right next to a Mazda dealership. I was looking to replace my current Mazda3 and had only made half-hearted attempts to visit a Mazda dealer as the new 3 did not have a manual transmission that I wanted. Since the dealership was right next to where I was going, I decided it was a sign that I should visit Seacoast Mazda after my other appointment. Quentin greeted me after I walked in and I explained that I knew the manuals were not available yet but since I was next door, I'd like to take a look at one anyways. Quentin was willing to spend as much time as I wanted looking at the car and answering the question and additionally has a rather long test drive route which goes over pretty much any kind of road you can think of to give you a very good idea of the car in all conditions instead of the usual around the block routine most dealers have. As they didn't have the exact car I was looking for on the lot, I left to think about it and discuss it with my wife. After deciding to go ahead, I returned to the Seacoast to do the negotiations. I had brought with me the offers I had in writing from other dealers and they offered a better deal, plus they also had lower documentation fees that other dealerships. There first offer for my trade was also a very fair offer. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself quite happy with the initial offer and felt no need to haggle at all. It was by far the most pleasant and enjoyable new car experience I had ever been through, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Mazda. More

This dealership is incredible. Stuart and Rob went above and beyond all expectations we had. I have the worst credit anyone could possibly have but Rob found a way to help me get into a reliable car. I called seacoast mazda to start where I was transferred to Quentin. He instantly made me feel comfortable even with my not so good credit situation. Financing with Ted was also a breeze. He was straight forward and explained everything to me. Overall great experience without the pressure like most dealerships.
