But I wanted my 2014 Mazda 3 in Soul Red, without any silly options. And I had already been searching for that car for a month, and gone through two dealers that couldn't deliver, when I found out online that Seacoast Mazda was one of the two dealerships in all of New England who had exactly the model I was looking for. Jaclyn Ackerman assured me that they had exactly the car I was looking for, that she would personally see to it that it would be ready for me, when I would make the 70 miles trip from MA to NH to pick up the car in a day or two, and no, bringing the car back to MA would be no problem, and yes, the paperwork would be ready, no gimmicks, no games, etc. - so I made the leap of faith and put down my deposit and hoped for the best. And lo and behold, I had found an honest dealership, where a promise was a promise, and where nice people seemed to work together to do their part to give me an unproblematic and pleasant car shopping experience. When I arrived at Seacoast Mazda two days later, Jaclyn had made sure that the car was sparkling clean and ready to go. It was drizzling a bit and she had even told the mechanics not to take it out of the garage (which itself was clean and in excellent shape) so that I would see it in perfect condition first. Robert Hering was ready to review all the car's features with me, he helped me on my first drive around the block, set up the bluetooth connection to my phone, and much more - what a nice introduction to the new toy - he seemed to enjoy it all as much as I did. As promised, all the paperwork was meticulously prepared by Ted Daniszewski and ready to be signed. Halfway through the first pages, I realized that I had forgotten to mention that my wife should be listed as a co-owner on all the papers. No problem. In less than 30 minutes Ted had run the necessary credit check and reprinted all the papers with both of our names on them. All the numbers checked out, up to the last cent, as agreed upon over the phone a few days before. Then, with great humor and experience Ted guided us through the signing of the documents. In the meantime he and Rob arranged the insurance coverage with our insurance agent in MA, and Rob put a dealer plate on the car so that we could drive it home. In short, this was my best car buying experience ever, by far. I got exactly what I was looking for, at a reasonable price, from a straightforward car dealer and I had the pleasure to interact with knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and fun employees. Although there are other Mazda dealers much closer to my home, I am actually considering going for a drive up to Portsmouth every once in a while and having my service done at Seacoast Mazda. I am happy to recommended Seacoast Mazda to others. This is how car sales/purchases should be done! More

Thank you Quentin! I needed a new car. I own 2 Miatas, so I decided I wanted a Mazda. I wasn't really thrilled about getting a car because I've owned my van outright f I needed a new car. I picked something off the website, decided I wanted a CX5, and went in to drive it. Eh, it was ok. Quentin took my kids and I on a great ride, but the power wasn't there. I tried another car, Mazda5. It was Eh also. I went home after deciding to buy the 5, I have a family, after all! But then my friend told me about the Mazda6! Good think Quentin knew I was going to change my mind! WOW do I LOVE THIS CAR! She's SOO Pretty, and SOO fast! I'm so glad Quentin put up with me, humored me, and got me a great deal. THANK YOU! The best advice I could give to anyone is, GO HERE to buy a car, used or new. The car buying process here was phenomenal. I don't think there is a better place to buy a car on the planet. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and those words do not do justice to how great the folks at Seacoast Mazda really are. I hear their advertisements on the radio and before I went here I just called it malarkey. That word could not be further from the truth. They did everything they said they would and better yet, I got a better rate the second day when I went back to sign paperwork. These guys are the real deal. So do yourself a favor and see these guys I know you will be as satisfied as I am. More

I was there for a total of maybe 3 1/2 hours and I drove away in the car I have always wanted!!! I have never been so happy when I left after I have purchased a car and this is my fourth car since I have been driving. I will be happy to tell anyone to purchase a car from Seacoast Mazda because it was so quick and easy even for someone with bad credit. They really are the yes guys!! More
