Excellent Experience When we walked into Seacoast Mazda in Portsmouth, NH I was just a little concerned, because we wanted a Mazda CX-5 and this was the only Mazda dealer When we walked into Seacoast Mazda in Portsmouth, NH I was just a little concerned, because we wanted a Mazda CX-5 and this was the only Mazda dealer in town. I wanted a local business who I could have a long-term relationship with, but didn't want to be stuck with one which didn't satisfy me. However, the team at Seacoast immediately put my fears to rest, with a professional and relaxed buying experience. I haven't had any service performed yet, but my assumption is that side of the house will be just as easy to deal with. When I went into the dealership I already knew what I wanted, what it should cost, and had my financing already arranged. The team there completely respected that, not pushing to sell me anything I didn't need or pressure me into features, add-ons, extra services, or etc. that I didn't want. Of course they did OFFER those extras; that's part of their job. But when I said "no" they immediately said "OK." They listened, showed me the cars they had on the lot, and when they didn't have exactly what we wanted, went out and found the right model at another dealership and got it to us within 48 hours. Our sales rep Rob Hering was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted, professional, very personable and easy to work with. The rest of the staff were just as professional. I fully recommend Seacoast for anyone considering a Mazda. More

He showed us three cars. Each time we ended our test dive he asked us, "Yes? No? or Maybe?" it was this question that cinched our decision. Unbelievable Dealership! I was very nervous when thinking about trying to purchase a car due to my Credit History- I had a really bad year and did not think I could get anythi I was very nervous when thinking about trying to purchase a car due to my Credit History- I had a really bad year and did not think I could get anything, but I made an appointment anyway. Well I drove home in a newer used car that day! The service was super, didn't make me feel awkward about credit score. I will never go to another dealership again when the time comes to buy a car. I will return to Seacoast Mazda for another car when it is time. I also will tell my family and friends how completely awesome this dealership is! You folks ROCK! He spent plenty of time with me explaining all the new features of the 2014 Mazda 3. I also appreciated his candor in regards to what trim best suited my needs. He was by far the best salesmen. I'm usually on the defensive with car salesmen (who isn't?), but my gut feeling was being straight forward. I can only speak for looking a new Mazda 3's. I did not pursue getting a used car at Seacoast Mazda. Ultimately, I purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from another dealership. However, this nothing to do with Rob's salesmanship. It was simply because I live in Massachusetts and Seacoast Mazda could not registrar my car for me in Mass (Anyone who experienced the Boston DMV would understand wanting to avoid the DMV!). Ultimately, the prices between Seacoast Mazda and a couple Massachusetts Mazda dealers were < $500 difference. If I lived in New Hampshire, I would have bought the car from Rob. Nice guy. Book an appointment with him to make sure you get his undivided attention. More

A great experience start to finish. I was originally skeptical of going to look for a Volkswagen Jetta at a Mazda dealership, but I'm so glad I did. Quentin, as well as all the other sta I was originally skeptical of going to look for a Volkswagen Jetta at a Mazda dealership, but I'm so glad I did. Quentin, as well as all the other staff I interacted with, were a pleasure to do business with. I cannot emphasize enough what a friendly and welcoming atmosphere they maintain. The price was very fair; I barely felt the need to negotiate. And when they say they take excellent care of the cars they sell, you can believe them. I purchased a two year old car from a different manufacturer, and if it didn't have an odometer I wouldn't believe that it hadn't just rolled out of the factory. The interior is cleaner than most of the new cars I've seen, and the engine looks, sounds, and feels perfect. Bottom line: If they had a car I wanted I would never go anywhere else, and neither should you. More

I worked with Rob Hering and he was very well versed on the car and explained all its features and options and I test drove the car. I really liked the vehicle and it was for sure my 2nd choice for a new purchase. Rob was very good to deal with and he and the sales mgr worked very hard to give me a good out the door price so I would at least know what the vehicle would be sold for. I had another vehicle in mind as a comparison and the Mazda 6 was such a great car. I unfortunately, for Rob and Seacoast Mazda, did not purchase the car. It was not do to the price, Rob or the dealership it was just for me that I chose my 1st choice of car. I can recommend the Mazda 6 touring and Seacoast Mazda as a great dealership to work with.
