I have to say that never before have I experienced such professional and honest service. No pressure from the salesman, nor signs of frustration in situations when my wife and I couldn’t decide on the model, color, options, etc.. I admit we weren’t the easiest customers. Yet, Mr. Rob Hering patiently followed our undecided minds and each time clearly explainined pros and cons of our choices. A real professional! Finally, when it came to financial issues we were lucky again to deal with Ted Daniszewski. Again, no sales pitch, just simple calculations and honest advice. I wish every dealership in America would have this attitude toward their customers as SEACOAST MAZDA has. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and would like to wish them plenty of new customers – Jacek Marek More

In the end these guys worked their magic and were able to get us into a BRAND NEW 2014 Mazda 2. We couldn't be any happier with our experience at Seacoast Mazda, and would highly recommend anyone go to them for any of their car buying needs! Thank you guys again! More

It was a fantastic experience and I wouldn't want to do business with anyone else but this great group of people. We worked with Samantha Ackerman and she was fantastic about getting us into something good and something that we'd love. Couldn't ask for a better experience More

The Best Ride and a Great Team, long to be remembered. Where do we start? We have had the 2015 Mazda CX~5 we purchased from Seacoast Mazda about three weeks and we are still learning about all the many aspects of this great car. It has been mind blowing to even think of all the amenities along with its being so comfortable to drive or be a passenger. We just love the comfortable seats and vehicle height which accommodate getting our long legs in and out with such ease. Everyone we met was a pleasure with whom to do business. Samantha Ackerman was the sales person who was introduced to us. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. She was with us through the several visits of the entire process.. She was careful and thoughtful concerning our vehicle needs. As part of the Mazda team, general sales managers Bob Blaisdell and Rob Baszlewicz were right there to support and very competently provided accurate information and input. . Samantha helped us negotiate every step of the way through some confusing and complex moments. She was creative, thoughtful, and worked patiently and professionally as she helped us and taught as the many facets of the Mazda. She was a pleasure. Just prior to our sitting down for the financial portion of the process, Ted Daniszewski, had been enduring computer difficulties. That did not stop him from trying and maintaining a a friendly and helpful manner toward us. Not to be forgotten is service manager, Joe Smith. He immediately set us up and succinctly explained the Mazda service routine. Every time we have had need to call Seacoast Mazda, there is always a friendly and warm voice ready to direct your call. We can not say enough about the Seacoast Mazda team.... and each time we are asked about our car, we share this information about Seacoast Mazda and the team.. More
Now and then Today we purchased a Cx5 from Seacoast Mazda and worked with Todd (sales) Rob (sales manager) and Ted (financing/paperwork). We felt like Todd really Today we purchased a Cx5 from Seacoast Mazda and worked with Todd (sales) Rob (sales manager) and Ted (financing/paperwork). We felt like Todd really spent the time to explain to us the various features and options and made sure that we had all of our questions answered. Todd went above and beyond, staying beyond business hours, to ensure that we did not feel rushed. To ensure a good experience, ask for Todd. I purchased a car from them a few years back and the experience was slightly different. In those days, Mazda operated like most dealers; marking up their inventory and forcing clients to haggle to get a fair price. As Rob explained to us, Mazda now prices their inventory fairly to begin with and automatically looks to see if you qualify for any discounts or rebates to give you the best possible price from the start. We thoroughly tested this and can confidently say that Mazda will not and can not slash their prices because they did not inflate them to begin with. The good thing about this, is you can cut to the chase and save time, unless you insist on testing them on this, as we did. Though the paperwork process is often the most painful part of the process, Ted is very personable and light spirited. He tries to make the process as painless and as entertaining as possible. Finally, we love the car. We tested Mazda, Jeep, and Honda and found the Mazda to be the most comfortable ride and the most features for our dollar. They prepared the car by filing the tank, cleaning and polishing the outside, signing us up for our first free oil change, helping us to connect our phones to the bluetooth, and reviewing all the features. We are two happy campers and can definitely say that we would return to Seacoast Mazda for any future cars. More
Great Place to Buy a Mazda 3 Very professional but also friendly and helpful. I bought a Mazda 3 Grand Touring, which was exactly what I thought I wanted when I walked in. I felt Very professional but also friendly and helpful. I bought a Mazda 3 Grand Touring, which was exactly what I thought I wanted when I walked in. I felt no pressure to purchase. Stuart was the main person I worked with, and he let me take a long test drive to try out different features, answered all of my questions, and was was able to very quickly get me the exact model and color I wanted. His boss was also very helpful in working on the trade in. I would feel perfectly comfortable calling if there is any future problem and would definitely recommend and/or use this dealership again. No disappointment! More

I worked with Quentin and Rob and they told me wha I went into this dealership just expecting to look around and see what I could afford, if anything. I worked with Quentin and Rob and they told me what my options were, gave me a couple of choices, and I ended up going with the first car I test drove. Everyone made the whole process as easy as it could have possibly been for me, since I hadn't bought a car before. Rob took the extra time to explain some things to me and got me in my new car as quickly as possible. I walked away with a brand new Mazda 2 and I'm very happy with it so far. These guys really took care of me and I will definitely recommend Seacoast Mazda in the future. More
Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a dealership. I went into Seacoast Mazda two days ago with the intention of looking at and hopefully purchasing a Mazda cx-5. After three painful hours with the mos I went into Seacoast Mazda two days ago with the intention of looking at and hopefully purchasing a Mazda cx-5. After three painful hours with the most awkward pair of sales men, I abruptly left after suddenly being told "you can't afford this car". I was shocked and pretty insulted. They looked at me like I had walked into a Mercedes dealership and asked to trade in a mid 90s Ford. The sales manager told me my car would have to be "whole saled" because it was in such bad condition. It was actually in very good condition with 29,000 miles and only 4 years old. It did need new tires, but that was it. He told me he "wouldn't be able to get anyone to take it". When I eventually went down the road to Nissan, I was offered $11,000 for my car (the Kelly Blue Book Value) and eventually ended up buying a Nissan and paying the SAME price as the Mazda that "I couldn't afford". Rob the sales guy was nice, but everything he said sounded rehearsed and disingenuous. He bad-mouthed other car companies including my Mom's car (she wasn't shopping for a new car, just there with me, so it was completely unnecessary). He exhaustively showed us literally every lever, button, knob and piece of the engine before I was even allowed to test drive. I did end up liking the cx-5 but the dealership didn't seem interested in selling. There was no flow to any of it. Rob seemed like he didn't know what to do next to facilitate a sale. We wasted time for 3 hours until we finally started to talk money. Randomly, without introducing himself, the sales manager came over and started talking to us about warranty's in cars. The conversation abruptly changed to "yea, you can't afford this car", and then ended with "If you want to check some other places out, see what's out there, maybe you'll come back, and we'll CATCH YOU ON THE FLIP SIDE". We didn't even know who this guy was, and all of a sudden he starts rattling away about what a beater he thinks my car is and that I can't afford a Mazda. I was stunned at how unprofessional and BIZARRE the conversation was and would have laughed if I wasn't so angry. I've never been to a dealership that insults people. I like dealerships that say, "OK, you like this car and want to buy it, how can we make this work out for you" which is EXACTLY what Cary Riblett at Somersworth Nissan did for me. Go there, NOT seacoast mazda. More
