Emmalie I am very sorry that you were treated the way you believe you were. My name is Bob Blaisdell and I am the General Sales Manager. I do remember looking at your Civic, even though we did not speak. If my staff treated you rudely there is no cause for that and I will definitely speak with Rob and Rob about this. We work with our staff very hard to go over all the major options in our vehicles so the customers can see the value and find the benefits of those options for everyday use, if you explained to Rob that you were not interested in any of the options and he kept going then I will speak to him about this. As in any negotiations the deal has to make sense for both sides. In this situation it seems we could not make a deal work, usually that is due to payments or trade in values. There will always be a store that will meet or beat another stores deal. I am glad that you did find a vehicle that worked for you and sorry my store was not able to meet the desired numbers you were trying to achieve. We work very hard to maintain a good customer rating and thank you for your review. I will personally work to change the short comings you have brought to my attention. Bob Blaisdell GSM
