Our salesman, Quentin, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and packages/options available in the inventory and helped us to pick the perfect vehicle to suit our needs. The test drive was fantastic, involving all different road conditions and speeds....this sealed the deal. He never made us feel pressured into making a purchase. Then we met Ted to handle the financing....he is an expert at his job and the paperwork was effortless on our part. Quentin was very thorough reviewing the autos special features and even programmed the Bluetooth for us! No waiting...we drove the car home the same day we purchased it! We will recommend Seacoast Mazda to anyone looking to buy a vehicle hassle free! More

The entire team-Rob ( sales), Bob (manager), Ted ( finance), and Tim (Owner)-made me feel like family returning home. Buy a Mazda, because they are great vehicles (best on road-see Consumer Reports, Car and Driver, and Motor Trends to name a few). My husband had met the owner a few months ago and liked how he spoke about his employees so this was his first stop. I had been told by another dealership that our credit was not great and they couldn't help us so I had doubts. We were met by Rob Hering, told him our situation and he immediately introduced us to Bob Blaisdell, the Sales Manager. Bob put us at ease right off by telling us he was sure he could help us find something. Rob was very patient with us as we looked at vehicles. He was professional and understanding of our situation. We decided on a pre-owned vehicle which they were able to get us into and we left the dealership that afternoon with our new vehicle. We would be happy to recommend Seacoast Mazda to anyone. More

We stopped by My husband and I are in the beginning phases of buying a compact SUVs (looking at all the main candidates - CX-5, CRV, RAV4, Forester). We stopped by Seacoast Mazda yesterday to test drive different versions of the CX-5. Todd Blanchard was OUTSTANDING. He knew we were just browsing, yet still took extra time to go over both versions with us, understood our budget with respect to versions and packages/options, answered all our questions, and let us really get a great feel for the cars. It was night and day compared to the experience we had test driving the Subaru Forester at another dealer early that day (pushy sales person, impatient to be dealing with "browsers," didn't have us test drive the version we were asked about, wouldn't give us any budget/package price information ["when you know you want to buy, we'll talk"]). Unsurprisingly, we've already referred one other person we know in the car market to Seacoast. Thank you Todd for a great experience. Fingers crossed we'll be back for that car! More

Instead, I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I worked with Samantha who was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed and felt that she made sure all my questions were answered. I also worked with Rob, the sales manager. He was also very friendly and helpful, especially with the financing. He made some very good suggestions about my financing options.When I returned today to get my inspection done I met with Joe Smith. Again the service department was friendly and professional. Throughout this experience I felt that the employees at Seacoast Mazda went out of their way to think of my needs and to be sure I purchased the right car for me. This was certainly the best experience I have ever had dealing with a car dealership and service department. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone without reservation. I love my CX-5 and couldn't imagine a better experience for purchasing a new car. More

Rob Hering who was my sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and convinced me that the Mazda 3 was for me and I'm so glad that he did. Robert Bazylewicz also pulled out all of the stops to get me into the car. I would recommend going to this dealership to everyone. They truly want their customers to be happy and get into the right car. More
