Car Stopped Working. Mazda came through. My car was dead one morning. After work, went to see the dealer, they were so friendly and understanding. Made it so easy for me, answered all of my many questions and got me an appointment the next day. Tried to jump my car that night and it wouldn't start. Mazda's 24/7 roadside assistance came through!! They were willing to tow my car to the dealership for free. Tow guy came... car started. (later found out the issue was the shifter and cable corrosion) Drove the car to the dealer next day, they figured it out and set an appointment next day to give enough time to fix. Fix was quick, easy, and pleasant! (They even have a Keurig in the lobby if you want some coffee!) But maybe MOST IMPORTANT, they noticed that I hadn't had my car state inspected. Moved about 3 months ago and didn't know I had to do that! eek! But they fixed that as well and are willing to inspect my fiance's Toyota even! Joe is the Service Manager and is absolutely amazing! Such a sweet guy, funny, and puts your mind at ease. Isn't out to charge you an arm and leg if he can't help it. Bravo Mazda! Well done. Might just break my car so I can say hi again. :) More

When it came time to purchase I went straight to Seacoast. Local, great reviews, what's not to love? My first visit was on a rainy Saturday morning in late April. I had only expected to get an idea of prices, trim ranges and to get the ball rolling. Rob could sense my enthusiasm and offered a test drive within minutes. He ran out in the rain to grab the car and pulled it into the shop so I could take a look inside and out. If I wasn't sold already, I certainly was after about two minutes on the road. The steering is tight, precise and responsive. The gear box is the closest thing to six-speed perfection that I have driven, the 2.0L has enough punch to get you around and delivers a smooth and consistent pull all the way through the RPM range. The handling is most impressive; by far the most balanced front wheel drive car I've been in. And that's for all under $18k... I took a week to gather my thoughts and decide on a model, the color was a no-brainer. The following Saturday, I met up with Rob once again. Within minutes, a match was found in the form of a soul red iSV sedan. The car would be at Seacoast by Wednesday, I had purchased aftermarket wheels to be installed and the goal was to drive it off the lot Saturday, May 10th. Of course that goal was met, I received updates from Rob during the week when my wheels arrived, when they were put on and got the OK to come in as planned to pick the car up. All that was left to do was run through the documents and sign. Ted guided me through this process and made it far more enjoyable than signing page after page should ever be. He is quite the character and left a wonderful impression with me. With the keys in hand and all paperwork in order, I stepped outside with Rob where my new chariot was waiting for me. The detail job was well done, not rushed and incomplete like many dealerships. The whole process took a mere two weeks. If I had been in a hurry, I'm sure it could have been done in two days. While we were talking over the car, a soggy morning started to clear and the sun lit up the soul red metallic seconds before I drove off. A perfect ending to a tale of true love and top shelf service from the crew at Seacoast Mazda. More

We met with all the staff and was greeted with smiles and was reassured that they were there to help us! I strongly recommend Seacoast Mazda and the wonderful staff who was easy to work with! More

The best first time buyer experience I could have hoped for. I will be honest and say that the idea of buying a car was quite intimidating. I am sure if I had not made my mind made up before arriving he would have pulled out all the stops to give me the grand your of the lot. After a full introduction; I told him what I wanted economy, economy, economy. ie. 2014 Mazda 2. (the cheapest new car on the lot.) With the first several loan applications declined; one of the sales managers Robert Bazylewicz took an interest in my case. Together they pulled though for me and I ended up with a deal far better than I was hoping for. In the end all I have to say is that the guys at Seacoast Mazda are people. They are not con-artists but real down to earth human beings that feel it is their job to help you get into the car you need. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. More

Great Experience! We went to look for a car for our daughter and walked in right before closing. We were not rushed or pressured to come back the next day. Ted, was very prepared to handle the financing paperwork in a timely fashion and was not pushy on the warrantee and insurance options.
