New Review My family and I purchased a 2010 CX-7 and traded in our 2012 Mazda5. My husband and I test drove the car and loved it, we got a side by side compariso My family and I purchased a 2010 CX-7 and traded in our 2012 Mazda5. My husband and I test drove the car and loved it, we got a side by side comparison of the CX-7 and the 2016 Cx-5 both of which I loved, but the CX-7 won over my heart as it was bigger and has a bit more leg room in the back for our two kids. After test driving the CX-7 I spoke to Rob Hering about the the vibration and was told that it would be taken care of and that I would receive an IOU for a detail and the service for the brakes. I returned to Seacost Mazda three times to have the rotors checked, but was told that it was the aggressive snow tires on the CX-7 which were on the car when it was bought. After returning the third time I asked if someone could take a ride with me, and a mechanic did just that we did not make it more then a half mile before I was told you need new rotors. So Mazda changed out my rotors at no cost to me, and sent me on my way with a loner car so that I did not have to sit around and wait a few hours with my 3 year old. (No car detail at this time as it was raining) I recently brought my car back up to Mazda after hearing a strange noise coming from the drivers side of the car, at this time I found out that I have a bad wheel baring and also a bad tire rod end on the drivers side of the car after having Firestone change out my aggressive snow tires to all weather tires, so with brand new tires on the car I drove the hour to Mazda and spoke with Joe who said that he would have the car looked at. I was again given a loner car, and sent on my way. I had purchased an extended warranty of 100,00 miles that would cover even the tire rod, cv joints and wheel barrings. Mazda has had my car for about a week now, as we have been fighting with the warranty company who first received the wrong contract and the system was never updated with the new contract. I have ALWAYS read the fine print before singing any type of paperwork and I made sure that everything I signed was done correctly before hand, and as far as the contract with AUL goes the dealership had all the paperwork I signed correct, but for some reason or another nothing ever got to SPP or AUL in regards to my warranty contract. Joe and Shannon have been a great help with all of this, just wish my car was fixed already. More

After being shot down at a few other places without any explanation as to why I couldn't get into a new car, Ryan took his time and was able to offer me a solution! Not only did we walk away with a new car today, I felt like we gained a new friend through this amazing experience! Awesome First time there. Went in knowing what I wanted and asked to drive on. Ryan, the sales guy, said no problem found my car with the specs from online co First time there. He respected I was at lunch and needed to get back to work. He contacted me enough to show he was interested in me but not so much he was annoying. We originally were going to pick up the car 2 months ago. Ryan wa patient with us. We sent an email last night out of the blue to come by this morning. No problems More
