Great family owned business...no pressure. My wife was looking to purchase a used CX-5, and after scouring the internet, we found what we were looking for at Seacoast Mazda. When we arrived there, I noticed the salesman watching us out of the dealership window, but unlike any other dealership I've ever been to, they actually left us alone for a few minutes to browse (usually a dealership salesman is on top of you before you even get out of your car). After a few minutes Ryan came out to introduce himself and ask us exactly what we were looking for. We decided on a 14 CX-5, and he immediately slapped a plate on it and let us take it for a spin...alone...which I like. Nothing worse than test driving a car with a salesman in the car with you. We came back and decided we wanted it. He expedited the whole process, getting the lowest bank rate he could, and it was right where we wanted to be. He even factored in a Mazda extended warranty, which for the price, we couldn't pass up. The car has a warranty through Mazda until 125,000 miles. Can't beat that! Jon Robshaw made the entire finance process seamless. We wouldn't think twice to buy another vehicle from them, or send anyone to them....great job Ryan and Jon. Oh, and thanks for the floor mats! Great so far I bought a 2017 Mazda3 from Seacoast Mazda in August. I just took it in for 5,000 mile service and they were very quick and courteous. Friendly, low pressure sales team I first test drove a Mazda 3 in July 2017. The salesperson who helped me, Ryan, was upbeat, knowledgeable about the car, and not pushy at all. He followed up by text twice to offer up additional information and check if I was still interested in buying the car, again without being pushy. In October 2017 I decided I was ready to trade-in my old car and get a new one. Since my experience in July was so easy, I decided to go back to Seacoast Mazda. All-in-all, I was there for three hours (including looking at two cars and test driving one) which felt like a reasonable amount of time to spend making a large purchase. I was given ample time to think through my finances without pressure from Ryan or the rest of the sales team but when I did have questions they were quick with answers. I left the lot with a new car that I felt I got a very reasonable deal on. Super pleasant experience! Also, my car makes me feel like I’m driving around in the batmobile, which needless to say is a plus. More

She showed us a Mazda cx-5 and was thorough in explaining all the options and features on the vehicle. By far the best sales person on our car shopping journey! Unfortunately the dealership didn't have the car we wanted in stock (as happens with used cars anywhere). We waited a bit to see if their inventory changed, but found the car at another dealership. ( We would have preferred to purchase a car from Seacoast Mazda and Dalilah). We'll be looking for another vehicle in the next year and this will be the first place we check out! More

Not at any time did we feel trapped or pressured, in fact, there was never a hard pitch throw at us. Ryan let the car basically sell itself. He greeted us and then pretty much gave us the keys to a couple different models, and told us to go have fun. When we returned, he had already did an appraisal on our trade-in. We were honest with him and let him know that we were going to test drive a Nissan in Somersworth NH. He had good things to say about them and let us go on our way, again, with no hard sell. Needless to say the experience in Somersworth was an utter nightmare. We felt like were were taken hostage. Long story short, the CX-5 and the salesmanship service won our business. I would highly recommend Ryan and Seacoast Mazda! One last comment, they gave us a more than fair value for our trade!! More
