Our experience with Ryan from the time we walked through the door, through the whole process of choosing a car and riding off with our new car was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. Ryan listened to what we wanted in a car and how much we wanted to spend. He never pressured us and did not show us anything that was above our budget. He explained in detail all the features of the CX5. We were able to test drive without having a sales person with us. There were no annoying phone calls or text messages while we were making our decision of which car to buy. We were able to meet the owner and finance team who were extremely pleasant. We knew from the whole overall experience with Ryan that we were going to buy a car from him and there was no need to look anywhere else! We would/will recommend Seacoast Mazda highly! More

Fantastic Customer Service I called and spoke with Michael at 9:45am, and by 1:00pm, my niece was driving out of the lot with her new car. Purchased a CPO 2014 Mazda 3 Touring On March 18th my wife and I test drove a 2014 Mazda 3 Touring. The salesman John Karliak was courteous and pleasant to work with while discussing and test driving the vehicle. We agreed to a purchase and returned Tuesday to finalize the sale. I was a little disappointed with how I was treated by finance guy when I mentioned I was pre-approved by my Credit Union in Maine. He just wouldn't listen to my concerns. I had little time to discuss this as I was at work, so I relented and went with your financing. Which will cost me .25% and time to set up an account with direct deposit through another Credit Union. Time for me is money, I'm sure you know what I mean. If I hadn't really liked the vehicle, I would have backed out and looked elsewhere. The only other thing to note. The vehicle was supposed to have a full tank of fuel. It was a quarter full, so hitting the next gas station I topped it off for $20 in fuel. That is minor in the overall sale that makes an impression on the customer. My word is good. Bruce More

Unfortunately due to some life changes I had been forced to file bankru I had the pleasure of working with Ryan when purchasing a replacement vehicle. Unfortunately due to some life changes I had been forced to file bankruptcy which had officially discharged just two days before. Not the most opportune time to run into car trouble. I was very upfront about the bankruptcy and I never once felt as if I were being judged from anyone at the dealership. It truly was a great experience and I absolutely love my CX-5!
