Throughout the process John was very helpful, flexible, and informative while steering clear of the usual hard sell/high pressure tactics that we experienced at other dealerships. Our schedule is rather complicated with commuting, but John was always willing to work with us and was very quick to respond/reply when communicating. We talked, texted, and called throughout the process and it just made things that much easier...no phone tag and best of all, no aggressive voicemails.
