He seemed to genuinely care if I got the car I wanted, as opposed to making a sale, just to make a sale. His follow-up was timely and appropriate. My choice of dealership was influenced by knowing that this is a family-owned and operated business, which I'm sure is a significant factor in customer-satisfaction here. When I went to see Michael at Seacoast Mazda, I already knew that I wanted a CX-5 because I had done a ton of research. Despite that, Michael went out of his way to show me all of the features of the CX-5 (even the ones I already knew about) and answer all of my questions. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Mazdas (and cars in general), very trustworthy, and quite personable. He knew this was my first car purchase and made the experience absolutely seamless and fun!
