Nothing but good feelings about the whole experience (except for the whopping interest rate from the bank. But totally expected restablishing credit. Not their fault). Would highly recommend for anyone with good or bad credit getting you into a vehicle that suits your taste and budget. More

CPO Issues I recently purchased a CPO Mazda CX-5 from Seacoast Mazda. The salesman (Michael) was very knowledgeable and helpful, but the manager was not. Becau I recently purchased a CPO Mazda CX-5 from Seacoast Mazda. The salesman (Michael) was very knowledgeable and helpful, but the manager was not. Because I am not local to the dealership, I made the deal for the car over the phone. The dealership (using a standard dealer practice!) claimed that they would offer the deal for one day only (if I closed on that day because it was the last day of the month). I drove the car when I arrived, and expressed my concern over the condition of the rear tires. The rear tires were down to the wear bars (or very close to it) on the outside tread. Because the car is for my daughter and because I was spending money on the certification (as CPO), I wanted to be sure that the tires were not overly worn. Based on my assessment of the tires, and the assessment of the salesman, the dealer agreed to replace the two rear tires (not with new tires, but with used tires with better tread). I got a call from the dealer the next day asserting that the tires were acceptable per the CPO standard (5/32) and that they should not have to swap them out (even though that was part of the deal they made). The manager really gave me a hard time for holding them to their promise - not the customer service experience I was expecting. So while the salesman was great, the attitude of and treatment by the manager would keep me from buying another car from this dealership. More

Bought a new cx3 from him I had contacted Ryan about a new car and I had pretty much picked one out but had to test drive one. When I made up my mind Ryan was able to get me th I had contacted Ryan about a new car and I had pretty much picked one out but had to test drive one.
