Sales (Adam) and service were personal and accomodating in showing me vehicles that fit the criteria I specified and not anything and everything. Tim Ackerman, the owner, was a very decent and personable guy. He listened to what I wanted in a car, and worked within the time allotted for my work schedule. Deal making qualities. Someone always made sure I was being helped - The service manager came out at my first visit to see if he could help, because the sales team weren't on yet. They were helpful and accomodating in trasferring everything from my van to the new car. Buyer should determine vehicle retail price with options before negotiating. Vehicle price is not listed so know what to expect beforehand. Vehicles are certified so I didn't ask for Carfax, 1st owner bought from them and traded in with 17k for a Mazda3, so I'm comfortable assuming it's a solid (almost new) vehicle. More
Rob was my salesman he was great. He listened to what I was looking for in a car. Which for me was high gas mileage. I bought the Mazda3 and I love it! I have been averaging 30miles to the gallon. Rob did an outstanding job. I came in for a visit, and although he knew I was not purchasing the first visit, he did not rush me. He took time to answer my questions and allowed me to test drive the vehi although he knew I was not purchasing the first visit, he did not rush me. I have not used the service department for any after sale service, but I look forward to doing business with this dealerships service department. Thank you for a positive experience in a world where so many "sales" specialist forget about good customer service. As consumers we have a choice, and service does matter. More
The Sales associates as well as Manager and Service Department staff were a pleasure to work with at Seacoast Mazda. I found the sales associates did not employ the high pressure tactics that many other dealerships did during my car search. This was refreshing b/c at many other places even though I was not going to "pull the trigger" and buy a car that day no matter what deal they offered" they would still start trying to negotiate something with me before I left. Also I enjoyed that there was a good variety of Mazda 3s on the lot. Most other dealerships wanted to push me into a car on the lot (I can understand that) but they only had 1 or 2 colors or models to pick from (not sure why but lots of places seemed to only have red and white cars on the lot ;). I also really appreciate that Alex, Jaclyn, and Bill were willing to work with me/negotiate with me on what I feel was a very good deal on a Lease. I'm glad I chose to lease a car with this local company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seacoast Mazda to friends or relatives of mine who are car shopping in the future. They really made my car shopping experience enjoyable and on the day I did come back in and was ready to lease, the experience was pretty painless, positive, and fast. I had my keys in a matter of a few hours. More
I found a couple of the vehicles I was looking for through Yahoo and requested more information. Seacoast was the first to respond out of a handful of requests I sent out. They were pro-active in calling and I talked w/ Dennis, their GM. He was very personable as we talked about my needs and answered my questions. After a couple calls and emails it was clear they had the vehicle and programs (financing, warranty, etc.) that I was looking for. We set-up an appointment for me to come in. When I arrived Dennis introduced me to Rob and he worked w/ me to find the specific car/features I wanted. It took us three test rides to find the right one, w/ Rob being pro-active in trying to find the right car for me. Rob and Dennis worked hard to present a MORE than reasonable deal, they did not waste a lot of time w/ the typical back and forth you have come to expect. They were prepared for my questions, bringing forth documentation to support their anwers on warranty, services, etc. It was worth the 60 mile ride (passing a number of dealers on the way) to work w/ the team at Seacoast. I was also more than happy to convince a person walking around the lot to go in and talk w/ them as I was leaving. More

Overall our experience with Seacoast Mazda was great! Our sales women Samantha was great. She made us feel like we where buying a car from an old friend we had known for years, yet we had only just met her. sales women Samantha was great. She wanted to make sure we got what we where looking for and never once tried to push something we didn't want or couldn't afford. Bill took care of the our financing, and got us a unbelievably low rate. He also got the numbers perfect to work with our budget. Jaclyn was extremely friendly and helpful. I had concerns about some front end noises in the car I purchased and she assured me that it would be fixed. My husband and I were out this weekend driving around pricing out used cars. I stopped into your dealership to see what was on the lot for used cars. I spotted 2 VW Jettas and I just wanted a price on them. I got out to see the window sticker which I thought would have the price on it. It did not. Adam came out and greeted me and told me he would go and find out. I was very clear that I just wanted a price. I wasn't going to purchase anything that day. I was just gathering information. He came back out with Dennis. Dennis stated he wanted to help me. I told him I was just looking for a price on two cars you had on the lot. He said he didn't know and asked about my trade. I told him that we had two vehicles and I wasn’t sure which one I was going to trade, that I simply wanted a price on the two cars on the lot. He continues to ask questions about my trade and I answered most of them and then told him AGAIN I just wanted the pricing on the two cars on the lot. He told me he didn't know, he'd have to look it up. I asked if he would do that, and he continued to ask questions about a trade. I must have told him 5 or more times that I was just pricing cars and wasn't sure of much as at that point. He started throwing numbers around, none of which were the pricing on the two cars I had asked for. I finally was finally at the end of my rope. I spoke up and said - I JUST WANT THE PRICING ON THE TWO CARS...To which he replied 19,000 dollars and walked away. I let him know that because he was an A**H*** he lost a potential sale. He didn't seem to care as you all must be making money hand over fist in this economy...I couldn't believe how rude he was. I can't imagine that is the kind of customer service that you would like representing your company. I also can't imagine that Mazda would like this kind of customer service representing their brand. I was completely disgusted with his inability to answer any of my questions. I will be sure to mention your dealerships terrible customer service to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle..I have bought many vehicles and never have had such poor service. More
when i pulled in parking lot of dealership, i was greeted by a sales rep named ADAM. he asked very simple and right to the point questions.we walked around lot and we found a very nice MAZDA 6 WITH A 4 CYL by a sales rep named ADAM. he asked very simple and right to the point questions.we walked around lot and we found a very nice MAZDA 6 WITH A 4 CYLINDER MOTOR.i told him was not fond of 4 cylinder, but he said give it a try , it will change your mind. so took it for a ride and wow, was definatly a change of attitude. 4 people in car and it actually got out of its own way. well to make a long story short, Dennis the sales manager came into play with great numbers and a very intriguing warranty package.Warranty package was a very cool ( 7 years or 150,00 miles)i do extensive driving. these people actually stayed 2 1/2 hours past closing time to make sure i was happy. EVEN TOOK CAR HOME SAME NIGHT. I WILL DEFINATLY REFER THESE FOLKS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.They did there job quite well, now lets see how well car holds up.winters can get mighty cold and summers can get hot as xxxx. Thanks again for a nice session. More
