As soon as i arrived i asked to speak with the owner Bill. After explaining my situation Bill then introduced me to Rob. From that point on Rob was the "Go To Guy". He answered EVERY question i had to the best of his knowledge and if he didnt know the answer he worked untill he found it. During my time at Seacoast Mazda i didnt feel any type of preasure to buy a car or not to but a car. Both Bill and Rob were VERY helpful and Curtious. I realy appreciate what they have done for me and i will continue to reccomend them to my family and friends. More

After researching new cars on the Internet, I decided to take a look at one of the New 2011 Mazda 6 sport sedans that the dealership had available. Alex, the sales person I dealt with, was personable and he take a look at one of the New 2011 Mazda 6 sport sedans that the dealership had available. Alex, the sales person I dealt with, was personable and helpful. I took the car out for a test drive, and he explained the features of the car. When It came to negotiating a price for the car, it wasn't much of a hassle. I had done my homework, found out about all the rebates/dealer holdbacks/factory to dealer incentives, and what the average selling price in the area was. Also, I checked on the Wholesale/trade-in value of the car I was trading in beforehand. I told Alex this, and he told the Sales/Business manager. After the Business manager looked at my trade-in, they came back with a reasonable offer on the trade-in. They also came back with a reasonable price for the new Mazda 6 sport. I might have gotten a slightly better price for my trade-in, and a slightly better price on the new Mazda 6 if I haggled, but, all told, the dealership had come in with an amount that was about $800 within what I was expecting from both ends- trade-in, and new car price, without any haggling. I felt that was pretty good, so I bought the Mazda. After the sale was closed, the sales manager informed me of an extended waranty I could buy, and an aftermarket finish (kind of like 3M Scotch-Guard that I could have applied to the entire car.) I decided not to buy these at this time. There was not much sales pressure involved on these, which I appreciated. Everything considered, it was a good car buying experience. The dealership had a good selection of late model, low milage used Mazdas and other makes. Note- the prices on the used cars is not listed on the window-stickers, so check on the internet for the average retail price on the car that you are interested in. It will save you time and hopefully some money. More
It was our first time buying a Mazda. We liked the car and Seacoast Mazda had enough of a selection for us to look at. We loved the Mazda CX9 and looked at it 3 times. Jesse Christopher was new at the dealership and to selling cars. He has not overly forceful and aggressive and he answered our questions. If he wasn't sure, he seeked help. When we decided to buy, the haggling process was a bit ong with many people involved,( too many). We felt we reached a fair agreement and the final selling process was smooth and quick led by Bill Harris. Returning the next morning for the final cleaning and paper work went smoothly. Everyone was prepared. Everyone at the dealership, even those we were not dealing with, were very friendly. More
The staff at Seacoast Mazda did a great job getting me out of a bad situation. After i went upside down on my truck when the transfer case dropped out on it these guys took a bad situation and made it a g out of a bad situation. I would definitely recommend Seacoast Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Rob Bazylewicz has always given me excellent advice related to my auto purchases, his guidance has been very valuable to me. Bruce and Ken in the service department are rock stars, really great people who know their craft and make you feel like one of the family. This was probably the easiest car purchase we have ever made. Really no haggling. We had their best pricing almost immediately and after a test drive offered to purchase the vehicle if they would take of made. Really no haggling. With our poor credit, we were drained and embarassed because we have been through SEVERAL dealerships looking for some type of trade with our car, but had no success. Mazda Seacoast was our answer. From the first initial phone call with Rob, we felt understood and secured. He was a great listener and took all our limitations into the consideration. There lot had high quality cars/trucks/SUV's for a great price. It took several weeks for us to get financially ready, and even that process was respected by Rob and the dealership. There were no pesty phone calls daily, hounding us to buy. When we were ready, Rob remembered us and welcomed us with open arms. He was direct and to the point of what he could do for us. Non of that "Car salesman" mumbo jumbo. Rob understood that we needed a vehicle NOW, and with in a few hours, we had the test drive and paperwork settled. They have a great system check on the vehicle and cleaning service before they pulled up our "AWESOME" used SUV (Mazda Tribute) to the front, ready to go. As we mentioned earlier, our credit was not the best. Dennis, the GM, took that all into consideration and did a fantastic job finding us financing that was reasonable and clear cut. Not once did we feel like a bother. His service was fast and professional. We recommend this dealership and especially Rob. The whole experience was amazing and comforting. He was everything we were looking for. Without him and this dealership, we would be struggling with a ride.
