I came in looking for a new Mazda3 and immediately James was there to help me. I did not have to walk around the lot to find someone, he was waiting for me right when I pulled up. He showed me cars that were exactly what I wanted and not just a collection of vehicles that were close. After making a deal with him I had the pleasure to go and see Robert who was very helpful. He went over all the warrantee information that I needed and really helped me make an informed decision. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not want. It was totally no pressure all around. We entered this dealership thinking ok, it's going to be the same old same old story as they all tell you "Come down we can make something work" You end up leaving with the same car you drove in with. I bought my mazda cx7 (35,000 miles) in March of 2011 and it has been nothing but trouble and money. Adam the kid that sold it to us was excellent so it's too bad the car has been so lousy. First as I was driving to Washington DC it broke down just outside of NYC. Standing on the side of the highway near NYC with 3 kids was no way to start our vacation. I had to have it towed, and it took them over a week for them to fix it. I then had to rent a car to continue on my vacation. Apparently it was the AC compressor, radiation hoses all came off as well at the same time. It ended up costing me about $600.00 (for the car rental, things that weren't cover by roadside assistance, etc). Next I was at the mall and came out and it would not start, couldn't jumpstart it after several attempts. This time they told me it was the battery and then that cost me another approximately $600.00. Now here I am again, the car won't start and we can't jumpstart it, so once again it will be towed to the dealer. Three times now in a matter of only a few months. I wouldn't buy from them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Thanks Mazda for giving me a lemon. Dawna McGrath More

Was referred to dealership r/o internet inquiry. Had problem w credit score. Called Bill early yesterday afternoon. Went to dealership w requested doc's. Arrived at 3:30PM. Bill handed ball to Robert, a very pleasant and professional salesman. Two hours later I was driving home in a beautiful 2010 Pre Owned w a 100K warranty, roadside assist. etc, unbelieveable. I'm 54 and I can honestly tell you that it was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a car and I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle purchase.
