Saturday November 12, 2011 : Well I must start by saying that what started as a horrible day turned out pretty fantastic. My 1998 Toyotra Corrolla ran great, had great heat, and never broke down on me but l that what started as a horrible day turned out pretty fantastic. My 1998 Toyotra Corrolla ran great, had great heat, and never broke down on me but lacked in appearance. In fact, on the way to the dealer, my muffler fell off and started dragging... UGH. Thankfully, I got it repaired (for the 2nd time-free) and made my way to NH from Boston. Jesse greeted my mom and I with enthusiasm and got down to business working with me to ensure I got a new car. I explained my wants and needs in a car. Rob came over to assure me that he could find something in my budget range that would satisfy my needs. Both Jesse and Rob were friendly, courteous, and good listeners. I am a visiting nurse and rely heavily on my vehicle to perform my job. I had taken a look at Seacosat Mazda's inventory in advance and set my sights on a 2007 Mazda CX7. As fate would have it my old car was white and this one was white as well (hoping that was a sign that this vehicle will serve me just as well if not better than my old one). The angels and God were definitely on my side that day. I am happy to say that I am the proud owner of that Mazda CX7. Rob worked very hard to get me the best possible loan terms as my credit is not the best. I am working diligently to turn things around financially and appreciate the service I received from the staff at Seacoast Mazda. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very knowledgeable. Rob i have to say was fantastic, he made sure that i liked the car i wanted and took the time to listen to what i wanted and was able to get me into a beautiful grey 2010 corolla. I have horrible credit and rob assured me that they will help me to a new start and get me a vehicle that met all my needs. I have to say that in the 10 years of dealing with dealers, seacoast mazda was proffesional, respectful, understanding and overall great prices. I called and talked to Rob, who was very polite over the phone. He told me the truth, was up front and sounded very sincere. He was not pushy, he didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, just a real pleasent person. Our credit rateing is less than perfect and Rob worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. We belive we are Seacoast Mazda customers for life. We can't say enough about the friendly service and sales staff. I look forward to go back and get my first oil change(for free) and just say hi. Alex and his manager worked with us and the process was very easy. I did all of the research upfront before looking at the car and when I arrived at the dealership I told Alex that I didn't want to be pres very easy. He was respectful of that and simply answered my questions without being pushy or aggressive. Later, I determined what I was willing to pay for the car and called the manager to ask if he would accept my offer or not (he did). Again, there was never any pressure or games. They sold the car for approximately $250 less than what Edmunds.com suggested would be a "great" price. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the experience I had with Alex and Seacoast Mazda. After visiting many dealerships that turned me away and tried selling me cars way out of my price range and refusing to finance me without a co-signer or with a co-signer offering me an insane interest rat tried selling me cars way out of my price range and refusing to finance me without a co-signer or with a co-signer offering me an insane interest rate, I finally found Seacost Mazda and it was a breath of fresh air. I left many a dealership in tears, so many were so rude and mean to me. It was extremely hard for me to find a dealership willing to work with me and allow me to sign for myself for a car. When I went to Seacoast Mazda I met Justin, he was very helpful and friendly. I gave Justin an idea of a price range I was trying to stay in and a car payment I needed to be at. Instead of letting me get my hopes up by test driving a bunch of car's I'd fall in love with that I couldnt afford, he said let's pre-approve you first and see what we have to offer you in your price range and budget. The process was very smooth, they found me a really nice 2007 Mazda 6 which a Mazda 6 was what I was looking for anyways.They came to me with the first offer on what they would give me for my trade, the price of the car and car payment, I told Justin that I needed atleast a certain amount for my car and the payment to be lower and more in my price range. Justin went back over to his managers, who also were extremely helpful and nice and then he returned to me with a fair price on my trade and a car payment that was in my price range, I took the deal and from there we signed paperwork and I took my new car that day. The car I bought is in beautiful condition and runs like a dream, had low miles and brand new tires on it, an inspection sticker and had just had an oil change. They also offer you as a customer free state inspections as long as you have a car with them and your first oil change is free. Im very happy with my new purchase and look forward to keeping this car for a year or two and returning to Seacoast Mazda to trade this car in and purchase a brand new Mazda 6. I would definitely reccommend this dealer to anyone, especially people with tainted credit as I had, they are helpful and friendly and work with a large variety of banks to get you the price and payment you are looking for. These guys did everything they possibly could to help me get into the car I wanted. With a tough economy and low credit, they worked with us for 3-4 hours to get the payments where I needed.
