Salesman was friendly, but the knowledge of the vehicles that were there was very poor, I would have been happy if he would of brought it up on the computer in front of me. certain basics as floor mats and that were there was very poor, I would have been happy if he would of brought it up on the computer in front of me. certain basics as floor mats and a 2nd key would have been nice but was told that's the way they got the vehicle. No offer at all even get floor mats for the car, even though they had 2 Journeys on the lot. Just felt like I was shoved off after signing the papers. With all the advertising I heard over the years, you would think it would be a great buying experience, but I found out otherwise. To add to this I got a phone call from Dennis the sales manager within 10 mins of posting the review, asking me to remove the post, He said that we were never treated like that and can't believe that we would post this and if we are going to post a review like that we should return the car, and we can have our old crappy truck back, I told him we like the car, it's just the way we were treated is what the review is all about, he offered to get floor mats but strongly refused to get the 2nd key. Floor mats are least important thing here. It's the principle. This company makes more than a million a year and to just offer to just take care of floor mats. Unbelievable !!! Thought the whole point to put up a review is to learn from and straighten out any flaws in your work. Again I'm very disappointed. Please if some is going to contact me from this dealership. It should be the owner. More

I had looked at at least six other models in the hatchback style before going to Seacoast Mazda. Alex was very noligable about the Mazda 3I and gave me a complete lesson on the car prior to me even hatchback style before going to Seacoast Mazda. He was polite, patient and did his best to get me a deal that I was comfortable with. I wasn't taking ownership of the vehicle until the following day but he called to see if there was anything I needed. When I went to pick up my car today, he sat in the passenger's seat and went through everything until I was comfortable and had no further questions. We were very happy with our experience of purchasing a car from Seacoast Mazda. Justin, our immediate salesperson, was 'real' and genuine-someone that both my husband and I could relate to. He didn't pressure us with 'quick sell' tactics; in fact, he made us feel like we could take the time that we needed. It turned out to be a really positive experience, especially with our child along who was remarkably cool during the process.
