Alex, our sales rep, was exceptionally helpful in selecting the right vehicle for our needs. We asked for a few minutes alone to discuss some of the options that were presented to us and were very respectfully given the time and distance we requested without anyone hovering. They were very "no pressure". The process for us was very fast, we were not expecting to be able to drive out with a vehicle as quickly as we did but they made the whole process very smooth for us. When we asked about an extended warranty, it was originally going to cost us more than we wanted to spend per month so we initially elected to wait and purchase one at a later date. The finance manager went back and did some recalculations and was able to work a fantastic warranty into our loan for us and the increase to our loan payments was so small it was very managable. I was really amazed at our overall experience with this dealership. Our credit is not very good and they were still able to help us get into a loan. They gave us some great tips and advice on how to proceed in improving our situation in the future as well. My husband is thrilled with his "new" car purchase and we look forward to doing business with Seacoast Mazda in the future. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

This was my first time buying from this dealership. I had done my online research to find out how people rated them before considering walking through the door. Never felt pushed into anything, Alex really took the time to listen to what we were looking for, got all of our information BEFORE having us look at some cars so that they knew they were showing us something that was within our means. Alex's knowledge of the vehicle (Mazda 6) was exceptional, took me on the best test drive of my life as he showed me things that made me love the car all the more! He was personable, fun and made the day there go by quicker than any other dealer I had ever been to. I had to bring my children (5 and 3) with me and as you can imagine, that could be a recipe for disaster, but not once did I feel they were not welcome. They made my kids feel they werent in another boring dealership, which helped keep them behaving. Thanks to Bill for all the candy and cookies that he gave them, it kept them quiet as he explained all of the paperwork as I was signing (I paid for that later, thank you! lol) He had a great disposition, excellent knowledge about all of the "little stuff" involved with car buying, and did phenomenal in making this deal go through! Overall, I would certainly rate this dealership, Alex and Bill far above a "5" as well as my new Mazda 6! I am FINALLY happy with my car and intend on keeping it for as long as she runs! I'll see you in 10 years Seacoast Mazda for another one, but before then for your services! More

Not only did this dealership scare me into thinking I would not make it home in my own car, I was sold a piece of junk here for way more money than I had paid for my previous Mazda 6, the model they sold would not make it home in my own car, I was sold a piece of junk here for way more money than I had paid for my previous Mazda 6, the model they sold me a Mazada 3 said it would ride the same, NOT, you feel every crack in the road and it makes me claustrophobic in which I am taking meds for. I feel like I am in a match box car. I was lied to every direction at this place. When it came to financing they said they threw in Zurich without even giving me the choice which was $2,000 more! To top it off I was also told I had roadside assistance and never received any information on it, so when my car would not start one morning I was stuck between a rock and a hard place having to pay for a tow. And most recently I discovered they had not doe a complete car check as I got a flat tire because the tire stem was weak and the pin snapped as my son was putting air into, thus letting all the air out. When we went to change the tire, they had NOT supplied a tire wrench so I could not change, their reaction was go buy one at Walmart, yea okay I can do that on a flat tire, smh! They are a rip off, just so you know I paid $13,000 for my 2008 Mazda 6 in 2009, here I paid $5,000 more for a cheaper model with no luxuries like my last had. And this was also a 2008 bought just this past July 2011. All because they scared and tricked me into thinking I would not be safe driving home which was BS. And yes I do have a person who was with me that witnessed this and knows the stress I am going through with this car personally and financially! DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU!
