I brought my car in for a job that two other dealers had quoted upwards of $500 for. One had quoted a poassible $700. Was looking for a specific car type and the Mazda Miata fit our needs. I did a little internet searching to get a baseline for pricing. There were busy during the President Sale weekend, but kept things moving. We got the deal and car we wanted. The finance department was great and they worked to get us a good loan as well. 2012 Mazda 3i Grand Touring 5 door lease deal during President's weekend sale. We knew what we wanted (Skyactiv, automatic, heated seats, etc.)so they let us drive vehicles a couple of times to be sure that we were sold on the car. Deal came together in a slightly delayed manner as the car /color combo had to be located, but they found our choice (looks like from Hartford CT)and we took delivery within days. Actual price was slightly less than quoted which we very much enjoyed. Dennis confirmed an earlier discussion regarding "under-promising but over-deliverying". Mission accomplished! More

My experience with Seacoast Mazda was, by far, the best experience I've had with buying a car. I bought a 2012 Mazda 2 that fits my needs perfectly as well as my budget. Dennis was able to get me an amazing deal and excellent financing, which I didn't expect. My payments are better than I expected, and he worked within what I was looking to spend to get me the best price possible. Bill was a pleasure to work with as well, answering my questions in a way that I understand. I've been places before where the finance people will talk to me in a way that confuses me to the point where I have no idea what I'm signing, and Bill didn't do that. It is evident that everyone at Seacoast Mazda truly cares about the product they sell. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even the other salesmen on staff said hello and made me feel welcome. The owner, Tim Ackerman, made it a point to ask me how I enjoyed the car, which really made me realize that they are a dealership that really want to keep me as a customer, which I will be. More
After comparing many cars and walking into numerous dealerships it was obvious that of all the salesman that assisted me that day Justin at Seacoast Mazda was the most knowladgeble. Bought a used 2010 Jetta with 13,000 miles. After getting it home noticed a peculiar odor. Returned to the dealership where they determined that it needed a new clutch and would not pass inspection. getting it home noticed a peculiar odor. They replaced the clutch and claimed that the reason it wouldn't pass inspection was because at one point the battery had been drained. I tried several more times to get it inspected; the vehicle failed inspection every time, even after putting more than 900 miles on it in an attempt to get the system to reset. After the fixing the clutch each time I brought the Jetta back all I was told was to just keep driving it and sooner or later it would pass inspection, although it never did. Car has since been replaced with a new Jetta from another dealer. More
