I bought my Mazda Miata from Dennis and Seacoast Mazda in 2009. The service I had was excellent. The salesmen were quick to make me feel comfortable and were very informative. They knew their cars. So when my husband and I decided to purchase a car for our 19 yr old daughter, the first place we went to was Seacoast Mazda.Once again I was treated with respect and instantly felt comfortable with the saleman Charlie. He was very knowlegdeable about the car I was interested in and proved himself to be very resourceful. We purchased a Mazda 3 and 3 days later due to unforeseeable circumstances needed to return the vehicle. It was clear to me that the dealership is under no obligation to accept a return yet Dennis did. I trusted Seacoast Mazda before and this experience only reinforces that trust. I would not hesitate to recommend Seacoast Mazda to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership. Thank you to Dennis and all who work at Seacoast Mazda. More
The sales team @ Seacoast Mazda is a fun group who work hard to make you happy and get you in the car that works best for you. I researched pricing and inventory online. This dealership had the better inventory once I visited. Other dealers did not have the cars advertised on their lots. Alex was great. I went in looking for at the Mazda 3 with really no intention to buy. I met Rob out front and he really did not seem like he was looking for his next customer. Now to most this would seem like a bad th intention to buy. I met Rob out front and he really did not seem like he was looking for his next customer. Now to most this would seem like a bad thing but to me it took away the hesitation that comes whenever I go to a car dealership. The attitude in the whole dealership was really laid back with no pressure to buy. I actually walked out with the intention of driving a Honda and when I did Rob had no problem letting me walk. I came back an hour later looking to get the price point I was looking for and the two had no problem getting me my rate. Bill actually took the time to shop around for rates and after we had agreed on a price came back over with a lower rate that they found. Awesome experience overall all, the whole time they had my best interest in mind. More
General manager was uninterested in listeneing to the offer I wanted for the vehicle I was interested in. When a deal was struck, there were two versions, mine and his. when I confronted him about my c offer I wanted for the vehicle I was interested in. When a deal was struck, there were two versions, mine and his. when I confronted him about my concerns in the deal, he disrespected myself and the salesperson, very unprofessional. I decided not to do business with this dealership after this experience. When I called to cancel the deal, I inquired how long it would be to get my credit card credited for the deposit and was told it would be completed the next day. It took aver 30 days to get the credit to my account. beware! More
Bought a Tribute and was promised 2 keys, but only given one. Went back a couple of months later, was told it was too late, and had to pay $150 for one key/remote. Too much money. Sent messages to manager, and asked service why they promised a key, then told me I ran out of time (I didn't know there was an expiration date for a key they owed me), so ended up losing the only key, and they made me buy 2 keys without the remote for $189. Won't sell just one. Crooks, liars, cheats, and dishonest. Another problem I had with them, check engine light came on, they put an expensive part in, about $250, I leave, the light comes on again. Go back, oh gee it's just a piece of a hose, but no refund, but hey they didn't charge me for the hose. I think they are making up these 5 star reviews, because I have not had a good experience with them, and will never return. More
