We were welcomed by Tim's friendly and warm smile,he gave us a great overview of the Mazda including some history,seasonal operating techniques, and discussed Mazda's great reputation for their support and maintenance. My husband and I spent all day trying out a combination of Mazdas; stick-shifts/automatics,hard-tops/cloth-tops,new/certified pre-owned, sport/touring/and grand touring in all color combinations..... all the while Tim and Alex answered all questions, we found them very patient, professional and knowledgeable. After all questions were answered and trying out all cars on lot, I asked if there is a red Miata available with a black hard-top and stick-shift. Alex said yes, but it is a limited,"special edition", Grand Touring model and very few made . We all went inside. Rob, the asst. manager joined us and we all chatted, I felt no pressure at all to buy anything, we just chatted about the cars and my likes. On our way out to try yet one more Miata, and yes, one more plate to change, I heard someone say, "Terrie, this Miata coming down the driveway is the car you were asking about!" Serendipity at its finest! The "special edition", red Miata/black hard-top retractable/stick shift! We took it out and I had my mind made up before we came back to the lot. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the special edition came with black rims. Before delivery, Rob had my car set up with two silver rims on one side and two black rims on the other. It was a ton of fun because everyone came out and expressed their opinion.... THANKS ROB! Now that's going the extra mile. Bill in finance was able to work the lease to keep our payments resonable while adding value. He was also able to smoothly process all paperwork including, out of state registration and insurance while having to coordinate this with our planned trip. Bill then Fed-x'ed the required forms on our return. All of this enabled us to pick up our registration and plates without complication. Thank you Bill! Yes we rated Seacoast Mazda #5! More

I called Seacoast Mazda and talked with Dennis, he was very polite over the phone and took my information down. I told him my situation and he assured me it looked as though we could get me in a new car. I waited until the following week before deciding to go down and look at cars. I had no intention of walking away that day with a new vehicle. I was just looking and expecting to hear the worst. I got there, I was immediately greeted by CJ, and then shortly after, Dennis. I sat down with CJ and went through all the things we needed for information. CJ was very friendly and very comfortable to talk with. Shortly after giving my information and showing my income, which I had nothing for the past three months, Rob came over and started to chat with us. At first I thought he was just coming to hang out with us all while we were waiting for things to go through behind the scenes. To my surprise Rob came over, and very gently told me my situation with the trade and gave me all options. I appreciated the honesty of what we couldn't do with the trade, but he had news I didn't expect. Rob told me I could get into a new car, get a check cut back to me so I could fix my current cars issues and sell it. Meanwhile I have a brand new car with an amazing Rate and exceptional monthly payments. I had to go and think about this, so my mother and I went to go eat and really talk it over. Again there was NO pressure to buy anything that day. I could have come back the next day and the options would have been the same. One thing I thrive on is quailty customer service and being treated as an equal. I felt those things from the very beginning until the very end when I bought the car with Rob. Thanks guys for all your help! You really helped me feel great with the purchase of this new car, which with most places could have been a massive headache. I highly recommend going to Seacoast Mazda.
