I recently went to another dealership in New Hampshire and was there for over 4hrs and had the worst experience. I was feeling very defeated in looking for a used car or a better car than what I had. I decided to try my luck and called to speak with Dennis. I came in around 5pm and Dennis had me meet with Rob who made my visist very personal and comfortable. The other customer that was in the store seemed very relaxed and happy with the service that she was getting, which made me feel good. When all was said and done I left with a great pre-owned car, an affordable payment, and a great experience! C.J., the sales representative who sold me the car even stayed after hours to make sure that the GPS was set up, etc. The whole experience was seamless with my leaving with my insurance purchased at the best price for the necessary coverage and the directions on how to get the registration for the car completed.
