Hello, I am very sorry that your purchase experience with our dealership did not go as well as you had expected. I want to assure you that every one of our cars go through a 162 point inspection and the results are review personally by the owner before a car is released from service for sale. At the time of delivery, it was determined that your vehicle was safe to drive and passed NH state inspection guidelines. In fairness to our dealership, I would like to point out that our service dept offered to repair the problem at no cost to you and also offered to purchase the car back from you. This dealership has over 1,000 reviews on this site as well as our website & google because we always do right by our customers. Unhappy customer responded

The dealership did offer to buy the car after we had fixed the safety issues and you never offered to repair the car for free. The only response we got from Joe was that you were aware of the problems with the car and we would have paid more for the car if you fixed everything that was wrong with the car and when asked Joe what he would do when we told home we fixed all the safety issues he said he would do nothing because the leaking struts and shocks that you were aware of were not safety issues. My issue is you sold a car that was unsafe and should never have had an inspection sticker on the car and I did confirm this by talking with the state of New Hampshire DMV.
