AFTER the papers were signed on our pre-owned car, we were given one working key fob and one key fob which had large chips broken out of the cover. When we immediately asked for two that were in at least decent used shape, we were told by management it was not possible because the key fobs are too expensive to give us two decent ones. Obviously we were not happy, but they were firm that they wouldn't give us a non-damaged fob. They told us it worked fine. A few days later my husband found that it worked only if he squeezes it just right. We called the dealer and told them the fob didn't work right. We thought that surely when they heard that it didn't work, they would give us a replacement. They refused again. It isn't as if we can just copy our one working key so we'll have two. Have never experienced this kind of stinginess, just minutes after buying a car. A year later, we continue to have problems with the fob on a regular basis, but we had given up on the dealership doing the decent thing. We didn't bother to leave a review until they actually sent us a postcard asking us to review the dealership. More

Like before this experience was smooth, quick and efficient. I needed to switch things up and get a truck since purchasing a house, unfortunately Mazda doesn't make trucks but Seacoast Mazda did have a used/ CPO Ford truck for sale. I couldn't find a better vehicle with that low of miles for the price they were asking. Ryan McGuire took extreme care of me and priced my trade better then I expected. When I arrived to the dealership Ryan already had the vehicle waiting with plates on it so I could take it for a test drive. While I was on the test drive Ryan and his team worked their magic to value my trade so when I returned we were able to talk numbers. This dealership and team makes you feel like their number one priority while you are there. You do not feel like a fish stuck in shark frenzy as you would in other dealerships. Since day one with this dealership they make you feel like family and not like another sale. I use this dealership for all of my vehicle services as well. Joe, Cathy and the rest of the Service department are honest with you and are very straight forward. Even if I owned a Ferrari I would send it to Seacoast Mazda before any other garage because of the level of trust and integrity they have provided me. I even sent my grandmother to Seacoast Mazda due to their high level of hospitality and honesty... And yes she did buy a car. More

This was our first, and only stop, when buying a used car for our daughter. Jack made the buying process painless! The entire staff at Seacoast Mazda feels like a team. We were Jack’s customers, but other team members were friendly too. While sitting and discussing the car we were buying with Jack, I noticed that entire staff treats customers with respect and courtesy, and they also treat each other this way. Each time we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with “hellos” that felt sincere. This carried over to the service department when we needed to have the battery replaced a week later. This was our first experience at Seacoast Mazda, but it won’t be our last. I highly recommend this family run dealership for both sales and service. More

We had talked with multiple dealerships first but this was the first dealership we dealt with that was upfront, did all the financing first before we fell in love with a vehicle, and gave us a very generous trade value for our current vehicle. Ryan made the entire experience easy with no stress at all! In just a matter of a few hours we were signing the paperwork for a new vehicle with a more than fair payment! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be repeat customers! More
Selling unsafe cars with inspection stickers I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 on a Saturday drove it home and went to my mechanic to have it looked at on Monday. He informed me that I had bad/leaking str I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 on a Saturday drove it home and went to my mechanic to have it looked at on Monday. He informed me that I had bad/leaking struts and shocks. I had them replace them because the car is for my 16 year old son and did want any problems. My mechanic told me that this car should have never had an inspection sticker and 20 day plates. So I called the New Hampshire DMV and they informed me of the same thing. When I confronted the dealership there response was they knew about the struts and shocks and they did not have to replace them because it was not a safety issue. More
