My husband and I had a terrific experience at Seacoast Mazda. The sales team, especially Alex, was very helpful and did not pressure us at all to buy. At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell us something just to make a sale, he was focused on finding the right car for us and encouraged us to test other models at other dealerships as well. We did, and walked away disappointed after seeing cars that weren't what we wanted or weren't as nice as the Mazdas. The assortment of vehicles at Seacoast Mazda was huge so we easily found exactly what we wanted. It was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car and I would recommend Seacoast Mazda to anyone looking to buy a car in the Portsmouth area. More

I was not in the market for a Mazda, but while browsing the internet for other cars I came across a really nice Mazda 3 that was available at Seacoast Mazda. I called to see if it was still available and i the internet for other cars I came across a really nice Mazda 3 that was available at Seacoast Mazda. I called to see if it was still available and it was so I made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership the car was parked out front waiting for me and I was greeted by a salesman named CJ. We hopped in the car and took it for a test drive. CJ was a super nice, friendly young man who was able to answer all of my questions. At no time did I feel any pressure or feel like I was being "worked over". After the test drive I had decided I wanted the car. I told them what I was willing to pay and they said okay. No haggling, no hassle, no games. Simple and very pleasant buying experience. After the price was settled I worked with Rob in finance. I declined everything except the extended warranty, which they sold me at their cost. There was no pressure or haggling. I simply said I didn't need financing or any of the other add-ons, Rob said okay and we finished the paper work. This was by far the best dealership I've ever bought a car from. It's the model for how all other dealerships should do business. No hassle, no pressure, no haggling, friendly people, and a good deal on a reliable car. Thank you Seacoast Mazda! More

Rob and Dennis were amazing. I was interested in purchasing a car for my wife's 50th birthday and was trying to decide on a Mini Cooper vs a Miata MX-5. The three people I interacted with at the Seacoast Mazda dealership were all very friendly, courteous and most of all I felt no pressure. I test drove a car and was very impressed with the handling and comfort of the Miata and I am 6'2'' tall. Rob gave me the details on the list price and off I went to compare, as this was my first stop. However, I left with a comfortable feeling like I would most likely be back. Two days later I came back and was given a price that was the lowest one I had been quoted and within 15 minutes had purchased a fabulous dark blue Miata MX-5 for my wife. Here's where they really excelled. Rob had the car in the showroom with balloons and the windshield decorated with a cake and Happy Birthday chalk. I made up a story to get my wife to come down with me to the dealership and walked her in with the car siting right there in front of her. She had no idea and was flabbergasted. They snapped a bunch of pics and the whole experience was an A+ from start to finish. I could not have been happier with the experience and the shock and surprise on my wife's face was definitely the crowning jewel. I would recommend these guyst to anyone interested in having a great car buying experience. More

I have given this review because I just bought my first car from this dealership and CJ was as friendly and understanding as can be. I did look at other dealerships but the fact that CJ helped me more tha car from this dealership and CJ was as friendly and understanding as can be. I did look at other dealerships but the fact that CJ helped me more than other people did made me want to come back and buy a Mazda even if it is a little more expensive than the other cars I looked at. I walked into Seacoast Mazda thinking I have a 95% chance of NOT getting approved for a vehicle due to my credit. They had worked with me for quite a few hours to make it happen.
