Six months ago I purchased a Honda Fit Sport, however, I always dreamed of owning a Miata ever since they came on the market several years ago. I woke up on Thursday morning and just out of the blue, I Goog always dreamed of owning a Miata ever since they came on the market several years ago. I woke up on Thursday morning and just out of the blue, I Googled the Mazda Miata website, and I located the dealership closest to my home. It was Seacoast Mazda in Portsmouth. I began investigating the car and watched the well put together video about the Miata. I think I watched it 5 x's. After about 3 hours of extensive research, I logged off their excellent website and went about my day. On Friday morning, I got up and again, logged into the Seacoast Mazda website. A very strange, yet wonderful feeling came over me, so I decided to call and make an appointment to test drive the Miata. Upon reaching the dealership, a very courteous young lady answered the phone, and I was told that the entire staff was in a short meeting, and that Bob, the Manager of the dealership would call me back. Within 30 minutes, Bob called, and I asked him a few questions about the car and their stock. Bob was very polite, responsive, and suggested that I stop in to test drive an automatic. Upon arriving, I had no idea of what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in with a young gentleman, Quentin, whom I had met after I parked my car. He was enthusiastic, energetic, and very knowledgeable about the Miata. While he was taking some preliminary information from me, Bob came over and introduced himself. That made me feel very special, especially since he told me that he would be there for me if I had any questions or concerns. Sometimes a smile, handshake, and a few kind words from the Manager make the customer feel very important and valued. I really appreciated that. As Quentin was gathering more data from me using a worksheet designed to gather information from the customer, specifically tailored to aid in the process of buying a new car. During that time, I also met Rob, who is the Sales Floor Manager. Rob is really a cool guy who also made me feel very comfortable. He too answered some of my questions and was a part of the decision making team when it came time to negotiate the purchase price of my Honda, which I would be trading in if I decided to buy the Miata. After the paperwork was done, Quentin and I went into the car and he explained all the fantastic features (bells and whistles) that came with the car I was about to test drive. I was absolutely amazed at what was in that car. It was a grey convertible with a hardtop, which is what I wanted. There were so many features in that sports car, from the Bows speakers to Fob key that stunned me. I have never seen so many outstanding features in a car. Quentin did an superb job explaining every feature and answering all of questions. Mazda should be very proud of such a fine young gentleman who made me feel like I was a family member. He really knows his "stuff" as they say. Kudos to Quentin! We then went on the test drive. As soon as I pulled out of the driveway, I knew almost immediately that I was going to buy that car. Quentin made sure that I sampled all kinds of road surfaces, wide angle turns, and various types of roads, from the freeway to bumpy roads. His purpose was to get me to travel on all types of roads and surfaces so that I could feel how the car handled them all. I was not disappointed in the least. In fact, I was really impressed that such a small car could handle all kinds of surfaces with such keen precision due to the 50-50 weight ratio. Back at the dealership, the team of Bob, Rob, and Quentin worked on getting me a fair deal on my trade. I have to say that Bob worked very hard with Bill, the Credit Manager to come up with a monthly car payment that I could afford. I was so very impressed that Bob worked so diligently to get the figures to work for me. Miraculously, Bob and Bill were able to get me a great rate and trade in deal that I was able to afford. So I proudly bought it on the spot. I never imagined that a few days ago, I would be driving one of the coolest convertibles that I have ever seen. I then worked with Bill, the Credit Manager. What was so great about that experience was the fact that Bill had just purchased a Miata. So he was able to share a lot of details about the car. That was great! Bill is like a genius when it comes to the credit side of buying a car. He went over every document that I had to sign, explaining in detail everything that I was signing. I thought it would take forever, but in fact, it took only about 15 minuets or less to get the transaction finalized. Bill is very friendly, and he made me feel like I was a part of the Mazda family. I picked up the car the next day. It was ready, and so was I. Bill went over a few more things with me, then Larry, a Sales Specialist began the process of getting me ready to drive away with the car. Larry was also very nice and friendly. He answered some questions I had and removed the EZ Pass device from my trade in. He also installed the temporary plates. Although I worked with Larry briefly, I found him to be a quality guy and a great fit with that Mazda team. In conclusion, I want to sincerely that Bob, Quentin, Bill, and the entire staff of Seacoast Mazda. If it wasn't for their professionalism, style, knowledge, and friendly attitude towards me, I would never had purchased that car. They made me feel like I was a member of the Seacoast Mazda Family. For that, I am very appreciative and touched. I spent a total of about 6.5-7 hours there between Friday and Saturday, so I can honestly say that it was THE BEST purchasing experience of the 9 times I have purchased new cars in my lifetime. I recently had a problem with my mazda cx9. called seacoast mazda talked to john he was very friendly when I called. I told him I think my transfer case was going and explained why. He asked why I thought it was the transfer case I explained why and he set up an appointment for me to ride with one of there maintenance guys. showed up took scott for a ride explained what the problem was he agreed but said he needed to put it on the lift to make sure.When we got it up on the lift he took the time to explain what it was he was looking for .He showed me the problem when it was on the lift (a first for me). luckily I had an extended warranty to cover the problem but the part was backordered for a week. John at the desk made a phone call and was able to get me back on the road in half the time. He did this unsolicited from me ... I dont want to make this review sound like its to good to be true. yes I am a real customer and no i dont work a the dealership. I was just so surprised by my positive experience, I wanted to give john and scott the credit they deserve . thanks F McManus More

I was interested in a Miata Mx-5 and I went to the dealership on a Sunday to see what they had in inventory. Although I liked the car, I was interested in a color they didn't have. I was pleased to find them very willing to find "my car" in some other dealer's inventory. It didn't take long at all for them to get it in from a dealer on the other side of the state. I felt I got a really good deal and I got the exact car color I wanted. This was a pleasurable process and a week later I went back and signed for my car and brought it home. Bill and Seacoast Mazda made the whole process painless and easy for me. Thank you for a great buying experience. More

today I went in to seacoast mazda with my father, looking for a pre-owned car. I had been in touch with Rob for a few weekes and when i went in there, he was dealing with other customers but still made time for a pre-owned car. These two guys sre very awesome! I have absolutely no credit so it was a difficult tie trying to get a car, but they made it happen! I have not purchesed my car yet but will be this week. I gave them a monthly payment number i could not exceed, and they made it happen. I am so pleased with the customer service i recieved. When it ook a while for them to negotiate with the bankers, Quentin kept us entertaine, and when i was getting impaitent a little waiting, he offered to show me the car that wasa possibility for me, and let me test drive it. I am totally in love with the car i might be getting! I want to thank you Rob and Quentin and the Sacoast Mazda Team! Alicia More
I have had expriences that were less then great. I was in need of a newer car that would be reliable and safe. Walking into Seacoast Mazda Roger greeted us warmly and took great care of us! Everyone was extremely friendly and made a car buying exprience a breeze. A car a suggested (my new Volvo S80) and I fell in love with it right off the bat and the drive was amazing! Once everything went through Bill took care of the paper work and was completely amazing and a easy time to get everythign taken care of. Roger and Bill took care of me and in a short while I was driving off in my new car!!! Never has it been so friendly and great!! I would say everyone who has ever had issuse with a dealership should come here!! They definetly make you feel amazing even with a few bad credit issues. :o) More

I knew exactly what I wanted, and was ready to buy when I drove into their dealership today (as long as they could meet my needs). I traded in my old car (fair price), put some extra $ down, and financed just a portion of the new car. I was in and out in a couple of hours, WITH my new car (Mazda CX-5), on a Sunday...after the blizzard! I would recommend Seacoast Mazda to anyone in the market for a Mazda. Rob B. was absolutely great/helpful to work with, very knowledgable about the vehicles, and was fun to chat with too throughout the process. He took the time to show me how to work everything in the new car before I left, and even set up the Bluetooth for me. It was actually an enjoyable way to spend part of my Sunday. Keep up the great work, guys! You have a new happy customer (and I can be tough)! You passed! More
I am so very pleased with the experience that I received in dealing with Rob. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find it. I have never been treated so well by someone who didnt know me but treated me like he did, he treated me like a friend. I left SeaCoast Mazda with the biggest smile on my face knowing that I left with my dream car. You guys are AWESOME! I would deffinatly recommend you to others. More
