I sent an email to seacoast mazda and was contacted back almost immediately by Quentin. He was super friendly and helpful and was able to make an appointment with me to look at cars at my earliest convenien almost immediately by Quentin. He was super friendly and helpful and was able to make an appointment with me to look at cars at my earliest convenience. When I didn't like the car they initially showed me he didn't seem upset at all and worked hard to get something that would work for me. He asked me what my budget was and found a car I really liked that I could afford. Overall the whole dealership was really friendly, everyone seemed pretty laid back and helpful. Bill helped me out with the paperwork in the end of the sale and he was super nice/personable, he gave me tips on what to do in the future which I really appreciated. I would 100% go back to seacoast mazda again as they are not jerky sales people like you get at most dealership thanks guys :) More

Buying a car does NOT have to be a painful experience! Seacoast Mazda was a pleasure to do business with: no games, no hidden agendas, no "tricks" or "gimmicks"! I had the pleasure of working with Rob, and can recommend him with no reservations. A very "laid back" experience, without the old typical high pressure tactics ("let me ask the manger", etc.).... The "price is the price" right out of the gates, no "haggling" required. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and courteous. They even make a point of introducing you to the service manager and setting up your first oil change after taking delivery... a nice touch! This is the 3rd Mazda3 I have bought, but the first one from this dealer (previously lived elsewhere), and this was the best experience I have had in purchasing, by a long shot. I will be honest, I was a bit hesitant about this dealership based upon it's exterior appearance when I first saw it.... Don't let the looks deceive you! Once you talk to the people there, it will become clear that this dealership is different: rather than putting their money into a high-rent location, marble floors, etc., they put their money into the customer and customer service! Their service rates are some of the best around, and their prices on the cars themselves are as good as anyone else's. Sure, you could scour the internet and maybe save yourself a couple hundred bucks at some dealer miles away, but you wouldn't get treated as well as Seacoast will! I also feel extremely confidant that they will continue to treat me as a valued customer in the future, as opposed to a lot of others who basically forget who you are the second they hand you the keys.... In summary, you won't be disappointed buying at Seacoast Mazda! More

I had a great experience at this dealership. I told them a monthly payment I was comfortable with and within an hour of test driving the vehicle we had a deal and was working on paper work. We are a very HAPPY couple! We were concerned that we wouldn't be financed for a newer vehicle that we desperately needed. They worked magic to make it happen. At first I was really nervous about going because I knew my credit was really poor, but I went to them last year and I really liked how regardless of my credit I was treated with respect so I thought I wou my credit was really poor, but I went to them last year and I really liked how regardless of my credit I was treated with respect so I thought I would try them again this year. And to no avail they were respectful and were hard at work to get me the best deal. I am so impressed with Rob, Bill and Dennis that I could do cartwheels,lol. I not only got a great deal with my compromised credit but in 3 hours I was driving home my new incredible car. They got me the deal I wanted and I couldn't be any happier. I am so happy I went to Seacoast Mazda! I had a very difficult situation going in to buy a car. I'm In my early 20's, college graduate, with massive amounts of student loan debt and no money saved to bu difficult situation going in to buy a car. I had no idea by the end of the day i would have a super nice, reliable car that I could afford sitting in my driveway. Kevin in sales was very personable and worked extremely hard (amoung others) to help me feel comfortable with my buying decision. I also cant stress enough how patient he was! I was there a good majority of the day mulling over my buying decision and never once did I feel pressured or I was wasting his time. Kevin (amoung others) answered all of my questions and met every concern I had. Bill in finance went back three times to find me the best rate possible. I was so apprehensive going in to this alone, but walked away feeling empowered and comfortable with my buying decision. I am confident that when I go to purchase another car, or if I know someone else who needs a car I won't be sending them anywhere else but Seacoast Mazda! More
