I had heard seacoast mazda radio ads, I knew they dealt with people with less than perfect credit ( power of advertising!). I had a recent bankruptcy so I was definatly in that boat. Kevin was our salesman, I explained our situation and he did a great job of explaining their programs and our options. I didn't feel like he was even trying selling me a car, he seemed more interested in getting us the best outcome for our situation rather than getting us into the most expensive car possible. Dennis (I don't remember his last name, sry) crunched our financials and got us a deal, not a crappy deal, but an actual deal, in my credit situation, I expected a 14% apr or something similar, He got us in at 4% ~ that's a deal for anyone with stained credit. This all went down on a Sunday no less..about 3 hours total and I drove away with the car that I wanted! not some junk they just put you in, but the car I went there for. This is not the first dealer I have bought cars from, but they are the best by far. There is no need to have a cavernous showroom with marble floors if you have sales staff that is this good. I went to Seacoast Mazda with every intention of being told NO they could not help me. My credit is not great and I had been told no by other places. All of the sales folks were busy when I arrived but it was not at all beyond Bob Blaisdell the General Sales Manager to step in and be helpful and do the test drive with me until one of his folks was available. They worked well as a team. I found their approach to be upfront, direct, fair, and we made a deal we were all comfortable with - skin in the game for all of us. As for the vehicle I am really enjoying my new CX-5, my first Mazda - it is fuel efficient and has a great drive! More

We were met on the lot by a salesman, Larry Armstrong, who turned out to be friendly, helpful and professional. Larry assisted us in getting a solid price on a 2012 Mazda 3 sedan. The entire process was stress-free and transparent. The vehicle was a surprise for my daughter. Larry suggested that he supply some helium balloons to add to the surprise and we gladly took him up on it! Larry was a pleasure to work with and would encourage others to do the same...! More

By far the best car sales service I have ever been given. Many, if not all, people enter a car dealer anxious and nervous of the pressure they will receive. You definitely don't get that here!
