I went into Seacoast Mazda with a trade in that I still owed a signifiacant amount on. Working with Kevin and Rob they were able to find a New car for me that far exceeded my expecatation and the experie owed a signifiacant amount on. Have two cars both with high milage and in need of repair. I dont have great credit or even good credit. Been wanting a NEW reliable car for the past year. I sent in a request to be contacted the next day and Roger contacted me and was very friendly, understanding and HONEST. I felt good about the conversation we had on the phone, but I was still a bit nervous about the whole process. My dream scenerio looked like this: Show up at Seacoast Mazda with both my cars (SABB & FOCUS). I want to keep the SABB but understand I might need it to make a deal. Give them my monthly price range and minimal $$ down, leave with a new CX5. Just drove home in a new CX5. Kept my SABB, monthly payments are right on and I put minimal down. Unbelievable!!!! Thats what shopping for a vehicle should be like, why shouldn't it be the way you want it. More

Overall, I had fantastic experience at Seacoast Mazda. Rob Bazylewicz was very friendly upon walking in the door. His customer service was above and beyond what I expected. The entire sales staff works as a great team. Everyone I encountered in the place was friendly and helpful. I have always heard their ads on the radio and heard the stories of experiences at Seacost Mazda and how they are willing to help people with bad credit like myself get into new vehicles, and I was not disappointed. Rob worked out a great deal for me to trade in my 2005 Impala towards a Kia Soul in perfect shape with low mileage at a payment affordable to me. In the end, I felt very comfortable from being offered food, drinks, and put in a relaxing, knowledgeable environment. I was that customer, sitting in the waiting area, reading all the positive reviews on dealerrater.com about Rob and Kevin specifically, both of whom I worked with throughout the day. I fully recommend anybody to visit Seacoast Mazda for the possibility of a wonderful car-buying experience.
