after - sale nightmare bought a nice 1 year old truck. needed brake work, they repaired not to specs, we checked with ford. they left old brake pads on and cut the front rot bought a nice 1 year old truck. needed brake work, they repaired not to specs, we checked with ford. they left old brake pads on and cut the front rotors for a pulsation. cant do that by the book. then we have a squeek in the dash area, mechanic told me that its a truck it squeeks, thats it. Then i was told that i was "particular" very nice to say that to a guy who spent $30,000 with you. appreciate that.
