Was over charged for services. Brought vehicle in 8/20/2018 to have new PCM programmed, [purchased from your parts department]. Was told 1 price but when picked up price was much higher. Talked to service advisor. Knew about mistake and was told I would get refund. Called couple weeks later to find out what happened and was told it was taken care of. As of 9/25/18 I have not received refund. More
