Wasted my time. My less than one year old truck is deciding to give me it's second major problem. Back in June, the shifter cable jammed and I took it to Scranton for My less than one year old truck is deciding to give me it's second major problem. Back in June, the shifter cable jammed and I took it to Scranton for repair. They didn't have the part in stock, and sent me on my way with a still malfunctioning truck while I waited for the part to arrive. Two weeks later, and still no call from them the cable jammed and I couldn't shift the transmission out of park at all. I had to have it towed to another dealer for repair. They got the part the next day, and I got my truck back. This time, the check engine light came on. Since I use the truck for my business, and can't be without it during the work week I made a Saturday appointment to have it looked at and repaired. After wasting two hours of my Saturday morning, I was told that the technicians who were there can't track the problem down, and that I will need to bring it back and leave it with them on a week day. I don't have that kind of time availability in my week..and again..I use this truck to pull my trailer all week. Now, I have to alter my whole work schedule and get this piece of junk to them on their schedule. Not a happy customer ! More

Horrible customer service This place is a disaster. I dropped my car off because the transmission failed, and was told it should be ready by thr middle of the next week, but t This place is a disaster. I dropped my car off because the transmission failed, and was told it should be ready by thr middle of the next week, but that they would call me before the end of the day to confirm the problem, and to get ke a free rental vehicle. No one called me back for several days. Everytime I called, the service person knew nothing about my car, and had no rental for me. Eventually I asked to talk to the service manager, who was very rude and argumentative and also knew nothing about what was going on with my car, and said I was not entitled to a free rental vehicle even though it is explicitly advertised on their "your on hold forever" recording that customers with vehicles brought in for warranty repairs will be given a free rental. Do then I called the general manger who said he would not be around, but would look into it. So after hearing nothing for 2 weeks and never getting a rental car from them, I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, not one person I had spoken to was there, and not a single piece of paper was given to me to document the repair in any way. I still have no idea what was wrong with it or what they did, even now, a month later, I have never been mailed any kind of paperwork or receipt or anything. It all seems very sketchy. More
Tried to rip off my daughter for mega bucks for unnecessary My daughter took her 2007 Saturn Ion in due to loud noise coming from the underside of the car. Dealer called back stating it was the catalytic conver My daughter took her 2007 Saturn Ion in due to loud noise coming from the underside of the car. Dealer called back stating it was the catalytic converter and it would have to be replaced at a cost of around $2500. We asked if it could be repaired instead of replaced. Dealer never got back to us and kept the car all weekend only to say on Monday that it could not be repaired. Was charged over $150 for this “diagnosis.” Picked the car up and went to POP’S Exhaust in Manchester. It was a pipe. Fixed the flex pipe (NOT catalytic converter) in about one hour and it cost $225. DEALER IS A MONEY GRUBBING JERK!! More
