They are professional, honest. If they find other things that need attention while servicing your vechile they will let you know.They dont pressure you to fix or change it but make you aware and show you. They tell you approximately how long it will take and costs, no hidden fees. I used to go to small shops to have my vehicle serviced but since I purchased my vehicle here, I decided to try their service. Glad I did, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here from now on. Keep up the good work!! More

Horrendous experience, Beware.. I took my Cadillac SRX for extensive service here late Oct 2018. The estimate was $6700 and a week, After a week I called and they said another week I took my Cadillac SRX for extensive service here late Oct 2018. The estimate was $6700 and a week, After a week I called and they said another week, So I ubered back and forth to work which is about 30 min from where I live because earlier they said they have no available loaner cars despite their ad on their website stating it was an expected service they offer. A week later they tell me they need another week. This time I rented a car. Towards the end of that second week, and after I returned the rental and inquired when my car will be done? they said they were unsure as they were awaiting parts. I insisted then on a loaner and magically one materialized that day. That weekend of the second week I had misplaced my phone. Monday I traveled to a conference and returned Tuesday afternoon. Though I found my phone that weekend, it is customary in conferences for the phone to be off intermittently to not disturb speakers and audiences, And, of course, it is customary for the phone to be on airplane mode during transit. The following afternoon when I returned my wife calls me at work panicking and sobbing. Apparently, police came to our residence demanding I return the loaner vehicle (I had it for two business days at that point). Police tell my wife, who has an anxiety disorder, that this dealership had been done with my car for two weeks and I had not picked up my car and was not responding to their phone calls. Implying, of course, I fled with their loaner vehicle ( in hindsight, what a joke). So they lied to law enforcement to get their attention, further they said after my wife responded that I was traveling, that this dealership said the loaner car was sold and they were looking to get it back for the buyer. Does it register to anyone here that a loaner vehicle would be sold in the two days it went off their lot? Obviously, another bold face lie. How can someone purchase a car without looking at it first? That evening when I returned the vehicle they were unapologetic and uncivil. They caused me a great deal of anguish and they knew it. They recognized the mistake and they knew it, No apologies or visible shame. Greeted coldy and unabashedly, I was asked to pay my bill immediately for the car service. In summary, it was an infuriating experience that would test anyone's self-dignity self-respect and patience., I certainly will never set foot there again. Funny, because earlier (as in the first week) I was considering buying two vehicles from them one for my wife and a trade in for me. In hindsight again it all makes no sense how they behaved knowing that I was in the market for two vehicles, Therefore, my cautionary note to anyone considering this dealership is: BE CAREFUL and beware. Something is not right there, In any event, you have many options elsewhere. This sales team is clearly not looking out for your best interests, Add to that the assumptions they have, their attitude and lack of honesty when it comes time to serve you beyond normal circumstances, you never know what life springs at you and last thing one needs is a team of unabashed and entitled salesmen, Who wants to buy a car from a dealership as such? You may wonder about all the other positive reviews, and I wonder too. All it takes to see the true colors of a service professional is a situation in which you need aboveboard understanding, assistance and professionalism. The folks I spoke to there were unprofessional, not honest and unapologetic, They lied and did not treat me well... I'm disgusted by my experience there and hope you never encounter anything similar. More

The GM Ryan needs some people skills. Not a very nice personality. The Scranton’s always were so personable. This fellow, not so much. Just look at the revolving door on the service manager’s position.I love the service staff but not the new management. You asked for my opinion and here it is.
