Great Buying Experience My husband and I desperately needed a truck. He spent several hours searching different dealerships and web sites. We came across a truck that suited My husband and I desperately needed a truck. He spent several hours searching different dealerships and web sites. We came across a truck that suited our needs and within our price range and made an appointment. It was not a nearby dealership, and it took us about an hour to get there, only to be told the truck that was supposed to be available for us to look at, had been sent to auction that morning. What a blow that was! So back to the computer for more searching! He finally looked at Scranton Motors in Vernon Ct. and found another truck, actually his dream truck, and contacted them immediately. Our call came the next morning from Kurt Lytle and an apt. was set up. Upon arriving my husband was handed over to "Jimmy". I did not go with him on the first visit, but when he came home he was so excited that the truck was actually there, and what we could afford. Jimmy was superb at helping him with all the red tape, and the very next day we went and signed the papers, and drove our Chevy Silverado home. It took all of 1 and a half hours for all this to happen. Jimmy even set up On Star for us. We also had a great experience with Chris Champagne, the finance man. He had everything in order and all we had to do is sign. I am so glad my husband found his truck, and truly happy that Kurt, Jimmy, and Chris were there to help us out. It certainly was worth the trip to Vernon to meet some of the nicest car dealership reps. I would def. recommend anyone looking for a car, truck, or s.u.v., with no pushy salesmen, helpful with everything you need to purchase a vehicle, go to Scranton Motors in Vernon Ct. Thank you to all who were involved in our purchase and we will def. be back when its time to buy again! More

Jimmy Yilmaz bent over backwards to accommodate my tight schedule and get me into my beautiful 2017 Yukon Denali XL on the SAME day. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the service so far. Tyler Durdan worked hard to make my purchase seamless and smooth. The service didn't stop once the deal was done. They went through the entire vehicle with me to explain all the features, set up my Onstar, wifi, etc and answered all my questions. Even the owner checked in on us. My first contact at Scranton Motors was with Marcell Thomas. Marcell Thomas greeted me when I entered the showroom at Scranton Motors. I was drawn to the dealership by a very strange letter indicating that Scran Marcell Thomas greeted me when I entered the showroom at Scranton Motors. I was drawn to the dealership by a very strange letter indicating that Scranton wanted to buy back my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. I sat with Marcell and he explained the circumstances behind the letter being that Scranton was attempting to augment their used car inventory with known good condition vehicles. We discussed my wants for a new truck and Marcell went about showing me what they had in stock. No pressure, just a very low key review of what they had at the moment. The entire sales staff was very pleasant and stepped in when Marcell had questions . I walked out owning the "Big White Truck" as my wife calls it. Thank You Marcell and David. More
