Chris was especially easy to work with as his extensive financial knowledge put us both at ease. Jimmy was great as well, working hard throughout the process to show us the best available options Scranton Motors had to offer. Fast and courteous Very impressed with the sales and finance team at Scranton motors, Allie and Rocky were key in making me the deal I needed to get into a reliable truc Very impressed with the sales and finance team at Scranton motors, Allie and Rocky were key in making me the deal I needed to get into a reliable truck. Allie Rocky and Chris even stayed a half hour after closing time just to make sure I had everything I needed before taking delivery the next day. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 star rating is because of some things found after delivery that I am not happy with. I found surface rust on the frame (truck is 3 years old), and the service dept said that there was nothing they we’re going to do about it, and that it wasn’t covered under my purchased extended warranty. Also I noticed that my back up camera is blurry, service dept had said that they polished it and it looks much better but I have yet to notice any improvement. More
