This was my wife and I's first big purchase together, Jimmy and Chris made us both feel very comfortable, helping us find the best deal within our budget. Chris was especially easy to work with as his extensive financial knowledge put us both at ease. Jimmy was great as well, working hard throughout the process to show us the best available options Scranton Motors had to offer. After our purchase the General Sales Manager and Manager Lou and Kurt congratulated us and spent a few minutes asking us questions. It was great customer service. More

Fast and courteous Very impressed with the sales and finance team at Scranton motors, Allie and Rocky were key in making me the deal I needed to get into a reliable truc Very impressed with the sales and finance team at Scranton motors, Allie and Rocky were key in making me the deal I needed to get into a reliable truck. Allie Rocky and Chris even stayed a half hour after closing time just to make sure I had everything I needed before taking delivery the next day. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 star rating is because of some things found after delivery that I am not happy with. I found surface rust on the frame (truck is 3 years old), and the service dept said that there was nothing they we’re going to do about it, and that it wasn’t covered under my purchased extended warranty. Also I noticed that my back up camera is blurry, service dept had said that they polished it and it looks much better but I have yet to notice any improvement. More

Great Buying Experience My husband and I desperately needed a truck. He spent several hours searching different dealerships and web sites. We came across a truck that suited My husband and I desperately needed a truck. He spent several hours searching different dealerships and web sites. We came across a truck that suited our needs and within our price range and made an appointment. It was not a nearby dealership, and it took us about an hour to get there, only to be told the truck that was supposed to be available for us to look at, had been sent to auction that morning. What a blow that was! So back to the computer for more searching! He finally looked at Scranton Motors in Vernon Ct. and found another truck, actually his dream truck, and contacted them immediately. Our call came the next morning from Kurt Lytle and an apt. was set up. Upon arriving my husband was handed over to "Jimmy". I did not go with him on the first visit, but when he came home he was so excited that the truck was actually there, and what we could afford. Jimmy was superb at helping him with all the red tape, and the very next day we went and signed the papers, and drove our Chevy Silverado home. It took all of 1 and a half hours for all this to happen. Jimmy even set up On Star for us. We also had a great experience with Chris Champagne, the finance man. He had everything in order and all we had to do is sign. I am so glad my husband found his truck, and truly happy that Kurt, Jimmy, and Chris were there to help us out. It certainly was worth the trip to Vernon to meet some of the nicest car dealership reps. I would def. recommend anyone looking for a car, truck, or s.u.v., with no pushy salesmen, helpful with everything you need to purchase a vehicle, go to Scranton Motors in Vernon Ct. Thank you to all who were involved in our purchase and we will def. be back when its time to buy again! More

Tyler Durdan worked hard to make my purchase seamless and smooth. The service didn't stop once the deal was done. They went through the entire vehicle with me to explain all the features, set up my Onstar, wifi, etc and answered all my questions. Even the owner checked in on us.
